Seriously, these guys are ALWAYS on time. Not only that but their drivers are so nice. This may sound weird but I love it when taxi drivers talk to me. It lightens up the mood.

Reliable rides was friendly efficient service at a reasonable price. I came in at 1am to Suffern and he was able to get me quickly and take me all the way to Nyack.
I had to be willing to split the cab with some strangers but it was better than waiting on the street for 45 mins.
Driver knows all of rockland well and will gladly talk your ear off. Really lives up to the name. Very reliable.

After a terrible night of being stranded in NYC by a car service we called Reliable Rides. The taxi arrived at the train station 8 minutes early just as we pulled in (randomly the train was early.) The man driving us was so friendly. He could tell two women wanted a taxi at the train station and we could tell he felt bad he couldn’t return back for them right away because he had another reservation for a ride right after he dropped us off. Turns out my brother has used this service for a taxi ride back to my parents house in Suffern from the bus and train station many times. Not only is he reliable but very friendly and I felt safe in his car as he was driving very responsibly. Car was clean and smell free. These guys are the best and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you to Reliable Rides and keep up the great work!

Reliable is the word! After a long train trip home our taxi was waiting at the train station at Suffern @12:25 PM! Will use them next time coming home late at night! Wonderful way to end the day thanks!
