Love there pick two. I always get there soup and salad. I love there loaded potato soup and cesear salad. And don’t forget the carrot cake. My only complaint is they seem to run out of the carrot cake cupcakes a lot.

I am DONE visiting this Panera location in Suffolk. I will NEVER spend money there again. I have been a Panera visitor for years and visited at least a dozen locations from Harrisonburg, VA to Silver Spring, MD. I loved the location we frequently visited in Waco, Texas when we lived there for a few years, and also the ones that we visited throughout Hampton Roads. So it is, easy to say my wife and I are loyal supporters, but after my last two visits to the location off N. Main Street in Suffolk, VA, I will NEVER visit that location again. I visited twice within the last two weeks and both times they were out of everything before 8:00PM. No baguettes, no flat breads, no dinner rolls. .and no sign saying that they were out of anything! Had I not suggested that they close the drive thru on the first of my two consecutive horrible experiences I doubt they would have done so. I manage a business in hampton roads. I know how important planning and scheduling are to a successful business. They can’t even make sure they have bakers therer to produce the baked goods they are largely known for…(Panera BREAD). Ridiculous. I will never go back. They do not deserve my hard earned money, or yours either.

I’m here at least 2xs a week. I always forget to rate or check in. It’s typical Panera Bread. No complaints.

Have visited this Panera Bread location numerous times. Everytime the food is fabulous and the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The dining area is always clean and so are the restrooms. We have become regulars to this location. They have the new order kiosks that you can order on your own. They deliver the food to your table. I even got a free«kiosk cookie». Highly recommend this location if you enjoy the Panera Bread restaurants!

Lovely. Absolutely lovely. First, it’s a Panera without a million people inside taking up all the wifi. Second, they had the computer screen ordering service. Instead of stuttering at the counter deciding what I want even after staring at the menu for five minutes while waiting in line I can do so while talking to myself. I ordered the Asian grilled chicken salad(obviously). Not only was the salad huge, it came with what was almost the size as an entire loaf of bread(okay, exaggerating), and a cookie. A(bleeping) cookie! Damn you, Panera! That cookie was so good. I wasn’t complaining… I was in heaven. My salad was delicious. I do believe this was my first time ordering a salad at Panera and I certainly intend on doing so in the future.

I have officially been here twice. The first time was with my kids and once again, we are vegan, so the menu items were a little limited but I didn’t feel like cooking anything that Sunday. The place was a little newer so I didn’t think it would be fair to write a review so soon. So I finally came back and I was simply there to get a cup of coffee and a small dessert while I to kill some time with my wife. We officially called it a date night. For a date night place, it was fantastic. We had almost an entire section of seating to ourselves. The coffee had just been freshly brewed and it appears, from looking at the times on the coffee pots, that they refresh it every hour. The place was clean and the cashier/hostess was one of the nicest young ladies that I have dealt with in a long time. It was almost as if they had taken a page from the Chick-fil-a model of hiring. She made recommendations to help us such as telling us where the microwave was located to heat up the pastry and she was just very friendly. For me, that goes a LONG way in determining where I choose to spend my money. The coffee was decent, the bear claw was good, and my wife had a café mocha that also looked pretty good. No complaints from this visit or my last. Although I love the food here and I wish that I could eat bread with my diet, the prices are still a little high in my estimation. I don’t come here that often, however for a cheap coffee date night where my wife and I could discuss family items with some wifi, it was worth it. I still like the décor of Paneras in general. They also had a nice outdoor seating area that would have been nicer if they had fired up the outdoor heaters. That would have made a nice San Diego/SoCal feel, but they didn’t have them fired up. Recommend this location, mainly due to the good customer service that I witnessed. I will need to go back and take a closer look at the food during the next trip.

I really enjoy this Panera. It’s clean, very friendly staff. I just wish is was 10% cheaper. I expect a lunch to be close to $ 10. If I didn’t look at prices here a drink and lunch can easily be $ 15 – 20. For lunch! The food is good and consistent. I look forward to trying the broth bowls. It’s a great meeting place to catch up with friends also.

Downtown Suffolk area is hopping these days with new additions. I was excited to have another dining option in town. This location has very good service – friendly and the line is rarely very long. But I am becoming a bit disheartened with Panera, their okay food, and high prices. Recently I had the butternut squash ravioli. While tasty, there were about a total of 5 ravioli in the bowl – I kid you not. And it came with a roll. This cost about $ 8. I do enjoy the mediterranean veggie sandwich when I’m looking for a lighter meal. And we recently stopped in for some cupcakes. Again – very expensive but they were quite yummy.

This is the best Panera I’ve ever been to. The staff is lightning fast, courteous, friendly, and truly concerned about the quality of your meal. Two out of the three times I’ve been here, my baguette piece(the one that comes with the Pick Two combo) has still been warm and fresh from the oven. At every other Panera I’ve been to, the baguettes are always fresh, but stone cold. It’s a nice bonus touch here. Maybe it’s just great coincidental timing, but it’s still awesome. The staff always remembers to ask me if I have a My Panera card, which is great because I usually forget to present it otherwise! The manager regularly works the cash register, checks on customers, and even wipes down tables. His focus is obviously customer-centric, and his superb staff follows his excellent example. If you’re looking for a quick and wholesome lunch, this place is your best bet. It’s even faster than waiting in the McDonald’s drive-thru down the street, too! They always have my order ready before I’m even finished pouring my soda/coffee/tea.

I was a big fan when this chain first came out. I still like their selections but feel like the quality has gone the way of pre packaged airline food.
