While this location may have moved and upgraded their space, they brought along all of their pre-existing problems. The staff, while friendly for the most part, are extremely slow. Some staff are also unprofessional in appearance and behavior, wearing headphones while helping customers and chewing gum, even spinning it around in their mouth in a fashion that customers can see it. Very disappointing when visiting a phone store takes longer than visiting the DMV. As usual the warranty process is also ridiculous as we now have to wait without a phone for a minimum of three days to get a replacement phone shipped to us rather than just replacing it with a phone they have on location. Oh yeah and now they also don’t even replace your screen protector during the warranty process even though we paid over $ 30 for the protector in the first place. Overall Verizon is the worst place to go for phone service and should be avoided if at all possible!!!
