Staff is always friendly. Occasionally the drive thru gets a little slow but I’m glad they have one. But the staff always greet with a smile and are pleasant and always seem to have good teamwork.

So today I went into Starbucks to get a beverage. There was a single man in line ordering. I stood to the left of him because there was no indication of where to stand in line. As I’m standing, waiting patiently for the man to finish his order, another man and his daughter stand in line but to the right of this man ordering. I didn’t pay any attention because I just thought the space was too tight and they wanted to stand away. As the man ordering finally completes his order, I finally walk up to place my order. I place my entire order, the cashier look at me and says «sorry they were in line first I’m going to take there order» I calmly tell him that I was there and he proceeds to take the other peoples order. Yes, I am a 21 year old African-​American just wanting to get some Starbucks. The man and his daughter were white and I just think that had a lot to do with it. If a manager reads this post please look at your Cameras at 5:00PM on Sunday November 29th…

The staff here are amazing I just went through the drive-​through to get an iced coffee and then realized to my horror I had forgotten my credit card thankfully they gave me the coffee anyway on the house! freaking awesome!!!

This was by far the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The woman on the line rolled her eyes in front of me because I asked for more soy. My co-​workers and I have been there for breakfast everyday this week and have spent about $ 70 a day. They forgot something two days in a row and have gotten progressively ruder each time.

Staff makes this place head and shoulders above the rest! They are really attentive and so wonderfully polite and accommodating. I come here at least 3 times a week on my way to work or to grab a afternoon pick-​me-​up and it’s always the same high quality service. The building is LEEDS certified, for those of us who would like to see more Eco-​conscious choices made!

Look… We all know who Starbucks (SB) is and that all locations are pretty much the same, so I’m not going to bore you with the details. This particular SB relocated from the other strip mall up the road, but they had the space to build a drive-​thru this time – score! In case you’re not sure where the new SB is, it is inside the new strip mall behind IHOP.
I love the new décor at this location – the dark brown walls are warm and inviting, just like coffee, and the artwork gives an exotic feel to the room. The interior is roomier and more open compared to the previous location. They also have a large outdoor seating area with umbrellas for shade.
Service here is average – not overly friendly. However, a young man working the drive-​thru during the day has been great. Every time I’ve gone –drive-​thru or inside– it’s pretty steady, but not crazy busy. The parking lot is easier to deal with than the old SB.
So, there you go. Go forth and drink lots of espressos!
