I come there and granted, it’s a busy time of day — several people in line ordering. I could tell that the workers were busy trying to keep up. I stand in line and place my order. 30 minutes later, EVERYONE that was there when I got there has been served and left. Even people have come in after them have came, ordered, received food and left. In regards to my service — no smoothie, no food, no anything! I speak to a worker, explaining that I’ve been waiting for at least 20 minutes, though it was actually 30 minutes(I rechecked my watch after leaving) and that I want my money returned. The worker explained it would be an additional 15 minute wait for my food. I have no interest in waiting 45 minutes for fast food, so I demanded my money again and left. In additional to the lack of service I received, I find it in bad taste that: 1) Workers were repeatedly told by another worker, I believe to be the shift manager, to call out the orders by the person’s name, not by the food that was ordered, and some workers continued to call out the orders by what was ordered. I heard the same type of smoothie and food I ordered called out at least once each — with me getting up and someone else getting up — claiming the order. 2) The fact that one worker reminded another worker, that was sitting, waiting for her ride, to refill something before leaving and the other worker attempted to excuse herself from her responsibility, stating that she’s worked hard all morning and repeated acted as if she did not hear her coworker request, then instruct her to do her job. This woman literally sat there for at least 15 minutes, waiting on her ride to pick her up — which is time she could have helped out her coworkers keep things flowing. So not only was there any service rendered for preparing my food, but there’s also a lack of responsibility by some workers. I left the established annoyed by the direct experience and the indirect experience of the unapologetic worker, who is too prideful to be a team player!

Ummm… only one employee speaks English. Then they discharge you… the coupon says add a drink for 1.99, but they just want to take off 1.99. Only one employee understands. Corporate needs to come in and fix this situation.

I’ve come here several times now, in hopes my experience would change. Let me flat out say, although the food is good, and smoothies as well… The service is absolutely terrible. I mean it honestly feels like I’m inconveniencing their day by being there, if you hate your job QUIT! But constantly complaining about management within customer ear shot, while displaying total lack of regard for customers around has lost you business. Try smiling, it goes a long way

I always order the same thing at tropical smoothie. Muscle blaster, sub strawberries for dark chocolate and add spinach. This morning she explained I couldn’t substitute and was just rude. It’s Monday no one feels like dealing with your attitude. Never again.
