Worst and most racist business ever!!! Every time I go in there I feel as if the gentleman«helping» me has such a condescending and mean look on his face. I really feel racially profiled. Today I went there to make a purchase for my business and was as polite as I could be. Didn’t negotiate the price, wasn’t rude, was paying him in cash. I’ve made previous purchases for my business from here and they harass me each time asking for my tax id info. I have provided them with it multiple times but they still«can’t find it in their system» Whenever I am there. so all I asked the person to do was hold my purchase until I go to my business and bring him the tax id info so I don’t pat tax twice and this guy just flips out on ME. Starts being really disrespectful and tells me he doesn’t need my business and to leave the premises immediately. MESSAGERECEIVED, ANDDON’T WORRYMEAND«PEOPLEOFMYKIND» WILLNOTBEGIVINGANYBUSINESSTOYOU. Thanks for finally being honest and showing your racist side to my face.

When a wave of crime hit our neighborhood, we found the high-end lock we wanted and called a bunch of authorized dealers in Atlanta. LD/A-1 clearly wanted our business. They were much more professional than the other dealers, who sounded like they had more important things to do than talk with us. At LD/A-1, the person answering the phone seemed interested in our issue and provided helpful recommendations. Most impressively, LD/A-1 rushed a tech out to us and got the lock installed within *hours* of our call. For a business based in Suwanee, I was surprised they could get to 30309 so quickly! The tech was professional; he got the lock installed quickly yet didn’t rush through our service. He gave my husband, who is still raving about the experience, plenty of helpful tips and advice. No lock is a guarantee of safety, but it’s our first line of defense, and I feel confident LD/A-1 did a good job.
