The service is always really great here. The pizza is good and the price is right!

Their slogan is «Authentic Italian Pizza». Hmm, I guess no one in their organization has ever actually had authentic Italian pizza because it’s not even close. Ordered two pizzas. When I got there, the young, poorly trained staff said they only made one? When I asked why, I was told «the guy is new»? Wow! Had to wait for the other pizza to come out. Got home with the two pies and no one wanted to eat them. Skimpy toppings, sloppily prepared. You would be better off with a grocery store frozen pizza.

I arrived to pick up a pizza that I had called in for pickup. After waiting 30 minutes and watching the 2 families behind me place their order, receive their order and leave, I returned to the cashier to ask about the status of my pizza only to learn that my order was not in the system. After leaving with nothing for my family to eat, I called the manager for resolution. He simply said «Oh, I’m sorry about that» and then just held the line. After nearly 2 minutes of silence, he asked if I needed anything else… I asked for the name of the owner. I am waiting on the owner to contact me to properly respond to this awful experience.

Best chain pizza.

Service was friendly and prompt. The place is clean and modern. We ordered the local pepperoni favorite and the cheese sticks. Both were delicious. You can the ingredients are fresh. We brought our dog with us and ate at the tables outside.

I heard Marcos has great pizza, so when a store opened so close to my house I was very excited!
About 6mo. Ago my husband & I walked in to order a pizza. The teenage girl behind the register looked at us like we were a bother as we walked In the door. Then, instead of asking «can I help you», she stares at us as to say «are you going to order, or what?!?». So we continued with our order, I smiled & was extra sweet to her. Maybe she was just having a bad «teenager» day. I have to admit, the pizza was very good!
The second time we had it delivered to our house. When I called to order, I had the same type of experience with the girl on the phone. I don’t know if it was the same girl, but it was Definitely the same attitude!
The third, and last, time that we visited Marco’s pizza Was last night. My husband ran in to pick up subs for us. He got the same horrible attitude from two girls behind the register. Then, I have to say the subs were tiny, dry and no flavor.
I told my neighbor about these girls last night when we got home, and she said they do not visit that location because of the employees.
I told my husband I was going to call the manager, and he said the manager must have the same attitude to hire people like that.
So moral of the story, Customer service is half of the reason people return to a business. I will definitely be visiting a different location!

By far our favorite pizza. I call ahead and it’s usually ready when I get there. Delivery is good as well but there’s an extra charge and it’s really close to my house. Look for the online specials before ordering. I’ve never eaten in or had anything else but pizza. Eating area seems small for any group more that 4. New store in new strip mall so it’s nice and clean.

This place is new, close to the house and we had a coupon… so why not try it? The coupon was for two pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of soda.
This place is SMALL. I think there 6 tables. Definitely set up for mainly take out. Overall the pizza was good. I probably won’t get the cheesy bread again but will go back again for pizza.
If you are looking for real New York style pizza this isn’t the place. Real pizza is hard to find in this area. Marcos is more like the other chains and their quality is on par. The biggest plus for this place is that it is the closest pizza place to where I live.

It’s quite nice to finally have a pizza spot so close to the house. We’ve given Marco’s several tries since they first opened and is mostly good, always fast delivery. The only thing I would say needs improvement is using fresher toppings. Canned veggies just don’t do it for me. Otherwise it’s really good.
