A-7 Dental

This dentist was assigned to me by my insurance. Initially I tried calling about two weeks ago. They said their computers were down, asked for my number, and said they would call me back. They did not. I waited a few more days and then called them back. I had to try calling 4 times before I finally got an answer, then once again, they said they would call me back. This time they actually did. I told them that all three of my kids needed a check up, and they repeated that back to me. We scheduled an appointment and I repeated it back to them just to make sure. Today I take all 3 of my kids out of school, and take them all the way to the dentist just to be told that we don’t have an appointment and we must have the wrong location. The correct phone number AND location is on my children’s insurance card, and that’s the number we called. I practically had it memorized from calling it a million times to schedule in the first place. The receptionist at the front was nice enough, and that’s why I am leaving them three stars instead of one.

Staff is always so nice. Its always clean and the doctors always make me laugh. Ive had these people as my dentist since i was a a child i think about ten years? Now as a adult its still great to go because they are next to my eye doctor as well. :)

Very friendly and professional Doctors and Staff, my entire family is treated here. Dr. Vu found an old remaining piece of my baby tooth that was not fully pushed out when my adult set came in. Apparently, this was the reason of an on and off pain I had been getting. I thought it was a cavity or something, feels great now !

Located in a newly built shopping center in Sugarland. The facility is very clean and spacious. The orthodontists are great! I have seen a HUGE difference in my sisters’ teeth. My sisters go there every month to get their braces adjusted and to change the color. They are open on Saturdays. 24-​hr cancellation notice is required.
