I called looking for a quote on an entire new system and was greeted by a guy who didn’t really want to waste his time to come to the house and look over the house set up. On top of that he quoted me a price over the phone that was extremely over priced at the minimum seer level (13) that the government requires. I think that $ 9000 for a complete system at 13 seer is ridiculous. When I told him I thought that was high compared to the other quotes I received, he said «Ok then, goodbye’ and hung up. Not a very professional outfit. STAY AWAY!
