Pooch Patrol Pet Sitting

Lori is very nice and it is obvious she loves animals! We met through a mutual acquaintance and we no longer have to worry about our dogs when we leave for a weekend! Awesome service!

TERRIBLE!!! AWFUL. HORRENDOUS.
Lori had been looking after my dogs for about two months when I left a note asking her to add a visit for the next day. She wrote back and said she could.
When I returned home after 7 hours it was evident she hadn’t been there. No note. She wouldn’t return my texts or calls… until noon the next day. And then she played it off as if she just forgot come clean my house. I was appalled!
She then proceeded to ‘explain’ she forgot my boys because of things going on in her personal life and that it was my fault because I didn’t set up the appointment through her website (which she had never mentioned before).
I’ve had sitters for 9 years and I’ve been a sitter. Never has a dog been forgotten. Ever. She wanted to know what she could do to rectify the ‘situation’? Uhhhhhh… nothing? She screwed up and I would never trust her again.
It doesn’t matter that she’s been in business as long as she has. I’ve since found out that I wasn’t the first client that this has happened to (as she claimed). She is not to be trusted with your loved pets. She’ll tell you what you want to hear and it may not be the truth.
