I am currently renting this property. The realtor I went through to rent this property, Ann, was very nice upon meeting her. However, she has not been helpful since I’ve moved in. I have had issues with the apartment from day one. Neither the realtor nor landlord ever mentioned to me about monthly water cutoffs and other things until after signing contract. Also, I have been dealing with an air conditioner issue as well as mold issue that the landlord refuses to take care of. And after saying she will let me out the lease a little over a month ago, Ann and the landlord sold the place knowing about the mold and without notifying me. Now they are saying I can’t leave because I was the selling point in the new owners contract and no one will offer me his contact information. I gave my 30 day notice based on her telling me to leave and I have a new place that I have set to move into in a few days. Now I can’t because they sold the place and I’m apart of the new owners contract. I have not received any help from either Ann or the landlord to try and reconcile this problem.

Although the issues stated may be landlord/​tenant issues my landlord made it clear that Ann was who I needed to contact to get things resolved. Also, I don’t think selling a home (knowing their are mold issues) is good customer service at all. Maybe I could enjoy my new home if all statements made and actions taken were in good faith.
