This is my first time at Chuck E Cheese and it might be one of my last after I use up these tokens. I remember this place as Showbiz when I grew up in good ol’ Wichita Falls. It was spacious and had a separate dining area with the stage of Chuck E Cheese and his friends. So wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in. Came in and got some invisible stamp… Why they do that is beyond me. Maybe someone can tell me why. Went up to the counter and turned in the coupon for 100 tokens. Machine spit out the tokens. I was given two tiny cups. Thought that was a little annoying. Just give me one big cup to carry the tokens in! The set up is just horrendous. I get that many families have their birthday parties here but the tables here pretty much take up 75% of the whole place. All of the games were so close together that it just got so chaotic and people rudely shoving me with their finger instead of saying excuse me! There’s literally no elbow room to swing your arm back without hitting someone when playing skeeball. They had a few rides and games for my 2 ½ year old, but again trying to hurdle through crazy adults and children was a nightmare. Avoid the weekend at all cost! Glad that most of the games only required one token. I thought they were going to gauge me like at a carnival. Chuck E Cheese was nowhere to be found. Only saw the one on the little stage/platform. I would never have a party here for my kid. No way no how.

The management here is horrible. No one is doing their job. I’ve been here 20 mins and not one table cleaned and I ordered a pizza. Took me to tell management I want a refund for him to even act right. I will be contacting corporate.

My son enjoyed the games but the food could’ve been better. We ordered pizza and wings. Wings tasted like they were made in the microwave. If they would’ve thrown them in the oven with the pizza, would’ve been delicious.

Expensive day care. Faculties are clean and the security is on point. Save your money when you go there and eat a sandwich before you go. Worst pizza ever but the kids love the games.

Saturday afternoon, there are 6 – 8 customers in line, and there’s one cashier working the register. Can’t find a game room attendant. Employees move verrrry slow. Three of the five ticket counting machines are working. And when you go pick out a prize and they owe you the difference, you have to wait in the cashier line to get a print out. Ridiculous!

The employees there were really nice when you could pin one down. The pizza we received was hot and probably the best pizza I ever received from a Chuck E. Cheese. However, this past Saturday, we had a party there for my niece. My cousin and I were the only ones who ate from the salad bar and both of us got raging cases of food poisoning. It’s the only place where we ate the same thing.

This pace is dirty. They clean the play yard once a week and it’s always got nasty stuff and dead bugs in there. My daughter won’t go in there anymore. There is never anyone to help at the prize counter. We have a 1 and a 3 year old, so we bring them here but it could be so much better.

This was absolutely the best chucked cheeses I’ve been to. the employees played and joked with the children and chucked cheese cane to play the games with them as well! The place was clean, the pizza was great and the salad bar was excellent as well! Loved it!

Came here for a kid’s 5th birthday party. The Kids loved it. The Chuckie mascot costume guy was Sooo unenthusiastic. His head was constantly down and looked depressed. His hand waves and movements were lethargic. The 5 yr old kids did not seem to notice though. The other staffers leading the bday song/celebration were good. Also some machines were not working with no sign. Pizza was good. Also the salad bar looked very clean.

My son loved going there this year for his first birthday. The great part was that we could bring our own cake and they had gluten free pizza that we could order. The staff there are friendly and we all had a great time.

So, it’s been since I was a kid that I have been to one of these places. We went to Gatti Town a few months back, that is the only other place I know of to compare this place to. Why this is better than Gatti Town; the games all work, it’s cleaner Why it’s worse than Gatti Town; it’s much smaller so you eat with all the commotion of the kids and games. It has a claustrophobic feeling.

I needed something to do with the kids while my fiancé went to Guitar Center for lessons. The kids wanted to go to Stomping Ground, but it’s so boring for adults. Chuck E Cheese was the alternative we went with. I hadn’t been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid(15+ years?). It seems so much smaller than I remembered. We walked in and were greeted by an employee at the door who stamped mine and the kids’ hands. Anyone leaving the building with a kid needs to have the same stamp as the kid.(Good! I won’t lose my fiancé’s kids!) There was a short line at the register where you order food and/or tokens. I didn’t check online for coupons before coming so I paid the regular price. I got the most tokens(150) for 30 bucks. That gave each of us 50 tokens for about 1.5 hours of play. We didn’t order food, but the pizza I saw looked pretty tasty. After getting the tokens, we found a booth to set our stuff and we took off playing games. Some games are old, some are new. It kept us all entertained for the time we were there. In total we won about 600 tickets and we cashed in for some dinky prizes that the kids had destroyed within 24 hours. We had to wait like 15 minutes before someone came to us to trade in our tickets. The place is clean(though I didn’t see the restrooms). The employees are nice. Overall, it was a fun time and I will come back again.

Pizza is pretty decent here. There’s a garlic salt kinda taste on the crust. I’m impressed. this is my first time taking my toddler. I’ve always avoided it because I thought it would be dirty and chaos. But we went on a Monday and it wasn’t that crowded. My toddler loved it and I will definitely be back. Some games were not working so they should be on top of that because kids end up losing coins since they don’t find out til after they put it in.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. No paper towels and half-hearted service. The games were the best technology that 1987 had to offer. It was apparent that everything was done as cheaply as possible with no real care for the customer. Owner/mgmt are just cashing in on the name.

Ok, can we just talk about how good the food is?! I’m just reviewing the food here, because Chuck E. Cheese just hasn’t changed much in the past 30 years. Except for the food. Seeing as I had incredibly low expectations about our upcoming visit, I have to say that I was impressed. When I was a kid I pretty much only remember cardboard pizza, a ball pit, and scary animatronics. Well they nixed the ball pit but they kept the scary puppet robots, and they seriously improved their entire menu. I might actually consider just buying a pizza from Chuck E. Cheese to take home for dinner. On top of pizza they have: sub sandwiches with fries salad bar wings — bone in and bone out in different flavors chicken nuggets cheesy breadsticks As for the pizza itself, the sauce is not bad, and there is ample cheese and toppings. The meatlover’s pizza is covered with chopped bacon, sausage, and pepperoni. For a kids’ party place, it’s better than decent. I imagine that it is all, for the most part, just frozen food. I’m not saying it’s 5-star restaurant quality, but it is a definite improvement on what the food used to be like. I am actually pretty excited when I hear there is going to be a birthday party coming up at Chuck E. Cheese.

If Dave & Buster were for adults, this place would absolutely be perfect for the kiddos! I took my friend’s 3-year-old boy to this Chuck E Cheese’s location, and he seemed to have a lot of fun over there; thus, I would say, «Yay, I’m a fan» of Chuck E. Cheese’s, from a kid’s standpoint. All games here were just 1 token only, and I had a coupon to buy 125 tokens for $ 25, meaning that each token was just 20 cents, which was a pretty good deal!(note: coupons downloadable here– ) The place looked clean, and of course, kids-friendly. We met the mascot, too! But, the 3-year-old seemed scared of the big mouse! I was thrilled to see and hug and shake hands with the mascot though! The kid and I would go back definitely because we still have a cup full of tokens left to be used next time! *wink*

Ah, I love kids so how can I not like Chuck E. Cheeses? Lol I was invited by my coworker to her son’s birthday celebration. We had a great time here. No problems with getting tokens. There wasn’t much waiting when it came to the different games. Most of all, the kids had FUN!
