They seem to have a plan in place to seat guests, but don’t use it. I witnessed many people in line for at least 20 minutes while tables sat empty. It took at least 15 mins to get the table clean, then 10 mins for the host to seat someone there. The host was soft spoken and lost control of the waiting guests very quickly. The services is equally unimpressive. We had to ask for someone to wait on our table, then was told nobody was assigned to us, so there was a discussion as to who would wait on us. Then of course, our order was wrong and we were over charged. Don’t take a large group there, they cannot handle that at all.

This place has the slowest to go service o have ever seen. The fat chick Gay at the counter move as slow as jell and she act like she slow. It took her 10 Mon to bag my food. She said it would be 15min, but I waited an extra 10 for her to bag

dear buffalo wild wings — the food was cold — the drinks took 20 minutes and after asking if the item had bacon — and the waiter saying no — we then calmly got up and left — the manager then proceeds to ask if she can do anything else to make it better like wash my mouth out because i ate the bacon they served me — really wash my mouth out — omg

Terrible. The food is good, but the service is absolutely horrible. If you’re going here, be prepared for disrespectful workers and slow service.

So as I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings in general, I was pleased to find this place nearby. I came here with my family, unfortunately on game day, but was pleased with it. The inside of this location seems to be a good decent size, but it does seem crowded with the tables being close to one another-a type of crowded feeling that can become chaotic on game day. Still, the biggest plus was the server, he kept coming by to check on us even as we were waiting on someone. The guy was friendly and fast despite the busy crowd, so I thought it was great that he could offer fast service even then. That said, the food came out in a good amount of time. Other than the place being overly crowded, I didn’t have anything I could say negative. I’d come here again, for certain.

Love their hot BBQ sauce, spicy garlic sauce and buffalo sauce. Not a fun of Asia zing. Good deal on Tuesday.

This is the only buffalo wild wings in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area so it’s the closest go-to one when craving wings. I feel that this place is a hit or miss at times. Some days, the food tastes really good(or maybe those days, I was just really hungry). Other days, it’s kind of like eh, it’s ok, but I had better. I think this place recently renovated itself. It used to be a lot darker. However, this review will be based on take out. I ordered take-out for lunch yesterday from their lunch menu. Got 10 wings spicy garlic along with cajun wedges. It was really good, and the guy who was helping us was super nice with our requests. Some tips: For take out orders, there are two parking spaces in front(where the entrance is) all the way to the right. If you like more sauce on your wings, just ask them for extra wet, and they will put more sauce! Yum Yum!

I was compelled to eat at BDubs only because I had a gift card for $ 25 and it’s really rude to pass up free food. But why does this location always always(ALWAYS?!) smell like old wet rags? The moment we opened the door the stink was like a 90 mph line drive to the nostril. I wanted to get away from the front where I thought it was coming from but to my dismay, the stench reeked from every corner. Super! The place was empty at 6 pm so there should be no reason our service and food aren’t quick. My sister and son went to wash their hands in the restroom. My very honest 4-year-old-son came running back complaining that every stall smelled like poo. Ugh. I know that American women are gross creatures but if you can’t handle the spicy garlic or Carribean jerk flavours and blow the sh-t up at BW3, you should really take a Tums before and after eating or take your food to go and stink up your own damn toilet. Appetizing! The service was okay in the beginning but towards the end we rarely saw our server. He was very polite and attentive when we did see him though. The wings were really good, and went well with the salt and vinegar chips/fries. Lots of different sport programmes were on, MMA, NBA, and European football matches. I was in good company so that made the experience a bit better despite the unappetizing ambiance. Verdict: I wouldn’t return unless I am given another gift card. Please do not give me a gift card to this restaurant.

I’ve been to several Buffalo Wild Wings before, and the majority of the locations are super slow. This one was no exception. On a Thursday(which, granted, is $ 0.65 boneless wing night) we must have waited about 30 – 40 minutes for our orders to come out. We sat by the bar instead of the dining room, and we had to keep flagging down someone for more drinks and request to order since we were asked to do so. On top of that, our server had an attitude problem. I don’t expect a new best friend, but I don’t expect to be treated like an imposition either. As far as the food goes, the traditional wings were solid, and I still don’t really care for«boneless wings». They’re really much more like fried chicken tenders in sauce than anything else, and they’re overly breaded. I’d rather just have the wings with all the bones and skin and fat — no breading. They have a good selection of wing sauces, and be aware that all the ones on the right side of the menu are dry rubs and largely seem like flavored salts. I like the Thai Curry(slightly spicy, pretty salty) and the standard mild, medium, & Buffalo. My husband loves the Parmesan Garlic and Mango Habanero. It’s not a bad place to catch a game and hang out, but I wouldn’t come here for a sit-down meal.

The weather was cool, I think that he was new because you can tell he still have to pick up on certain things that were on the menu. But he turned out to be really nice even though he was slow to bring food and water to the table. The lemon pepper was pretty salty after couple pieces, which I didn’t like but the mild sauce wings were superb and flavorful. This Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty cold but they had TVs everywhere to where you can stay up to date with any sporting event or whatever you chose to watch. to keep your mind off the cold.

It’s very sad. Their food would give them an EASY five stars. But when you lose three whole stars because THAT is how bad your service is, it’s mind boggling. I love wings, fries, good beer. What I don’t like is waiting a lunar month in between each process of restaurant attendance. Seating? Month. Drinks? Another 30 days. Food? See you next year. Check? Got any New Years resolutions? I went one time in high school. I’m married with two kids and am still waiting on the damn appetizers. It’s so pathetic it really makes you wonder if it could get any worse

Not only is this my FAVORITE wing place but it’s in my top 5 places to eat of all time. The service is usually awesome. Let’s be honest there’s always gonna be a few bad apples in the bunch. The manager Sylvia is another reason why I love this place. The kitchen has messed my order up a few times and even forgot it completely once or twice on my to-go order. She always finds a way to still have me leave with a smile. Other than the forgotten orders, the to-go station is great. Melissa and Gail are excellent with their customer service. This will remain my go to wing place.

Love their mango habanero sauce !! Quality of wings and amount of chicken in boneless wings sucks too much breaded beer is nice and cold I usually sit in the bar stools get good service overall If you just want to drink it’s good place if you are wings lover not the place for you just buy their sauce from the counter and make your own at home a better outcome and the veggie celery and carrots looks like they are not fresh I have trying to get it fresh since 5 years but never happens till date

Most of the time, the service is great. There are a couple servers that should probably not be serving, particularly during lunch. BWW food is usually good, but occasionally awful. I’ve had some misfires with togo orders before because the server helping me was not really paying attention to the order or the kitchen forgot something. The meal deals at lunch are pretty legit though. That’s usually when we come.

Very pleased with my first experience with BDubs. Came in lunchtime on a Monday. Not very busy so we were seated quickly. Our server, Brittany was amazing. She explained their lunch special, gave her recommendations and was overall very friendly and attentive. I ordered The Sampler which came with boneless wings which I got Mango Habanero, mozzarella sticks, nachos, and onion rings. It was really good! Wings were sweet with a hard spicy kick which I loved. Onion rings were crispy and good with the marinara and ranch. Definitely coming back!

My family and I just had Buffalo Wild Wings at this location and while we were eating my father got a hair that was so long and cooked into the wing that he literally choked when he pulled the 10 inch long hair with a chicken chunk stuck to the end of it from his throat. The waitress was nice about it and comped the wing. However the manager was a complete asshole(sorry it’s the only word that fits!), which of course made the experience even better(once again only sarcasm will do in this situation). For lack of a better explanation we will never eat there again. Unless you enjoy flossing with hair I wouldn’t suggest you do either.

So many flavors to choose from. YUM. My main gripe is that the wings at BW3 seem smaller & less meaty than the wings at another wing place that shall remain unnamed that objectifies women. But that is neither here nor there… We just got a to-go order, so I can’t comment much about the ambiance or service.

The restaurant was busy when we arrived but still no reason for the staff to ignore our party. We had six people looking for a table and waited 10 minutes to be at knowledged at the hostess stand. No one ever showed so we left. This is completely inexcusable in my book. I was hesitant to take the group here because of less than stellar experience in the past but one of the group was visiting and wanted to give it a try. The food is exactly what you would expect but the service is always slow and you get the impression the server is doing you a favor for stopping by your table. With so many other good choices in the area I will not be coming back.

This is a chain restaurant where you can get decent chicken wings and other sorts of «game day» foods and appetizers. «Game day» isn’t defining for a specific food. It’s just, in my thinking, the foods that are served at most sports bars. Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar, first and foremost. There are TV’s all along the tops of the walls and most are large enough and situated enough so all areas have good views. Each TV plays a different team or sport so no one has to feel they are missing out. The food is above average according to what we ordered. For an appetizer, we had jalapeño pepper bites and soft pretzels served with spicy mustard and queso. Both hit the spot and were enjoyable. We went with the garlic/parmigiano for our choice of wings which had a very good flavor. The garlic was definitely there and the parmigiano gave it just the right balance. They were perfectly fried without being greasy. The burgers we ordered were just as good and I admit this pleasantly surprised me. We both had the Big Jack Daddy burger with pulled pork, fried onion rings and cheddar with honey BBQ sauce. Both meats, pork and beef, were tender and well flavored and really complemented each other as well as the sauce. The fries were pretty good but would have been much better had they been hot. They were warm when our orders arrived but cooled off quickly. The rest of the food was hot upon arrival. Our waitress was busy with other tables and cleaning but she did stay attentive and refilled our drinks regularly. We were not left waiting too long for anything. The ambiance is loud at times and peppy, which makes sense in a sports bar. It’s a place for groups to support their teams, a few friends having some brews and appetizers while watching a game or even families to hang out. Parking is pretty plentiful around the restaurant. I’d come here again and try other items. I have no complaints about the food, except the lukewarm fries and that isn’t such a big issue. The bathroom was overall clean but they were out of paper hand towels and the air dry machine for hands didn’t work and that was kind of a bother. With vigorous jazz hand movements(yeah, I probably looked like a nut) I managed to get my hands dry enough and then gave them a swipe on my jeans. Classy? No. Resourceful and using what was available? Yes. The rating is more three and a half(and I do wish Unilocal allowed for half stars). Hopefully next time the bathroom will be equipped with paper hand towels and a functioning hand air dryer. But all was well overall and that’s what matters.
