People who work here need better manners and learn something about customer service. The wait time at the drive thru is completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a fast food establishment.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here about once a week since we moved to the neighborhood two months ago. We have always gotten great service. We dine in almost every time and the restaurant is clean and very well updated. Love this place!

Just ordered the new bacon cheddar tender crisp sandwich via the drive thru. Got it home, and found a small bug of sorts imbedded into the bun of my sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable, not to mention unsanitary and disgusting.

I’ve been here a lot, almost every week for the past year and a half. They got my order wrong two visits in a row this month. The first time they put mustard on my burger and the second they put jalapeños on it. I didn’t ask for jalapeños. Night shift argues with each other while you wait at the window. I didn’t mind, but I was the only customer. Usually they are great, especially during the day. Lately they have been slipping on service and speed. Order accuracy has gone down and they take 20 – 30 minutes at the drive thru. Then, if you are unfortunate enough to pull away from the window and your order is wrong, you have to go in and wait in line to get them to fix it. Overall, this location is usually great, but not lately.

Yikes service is as bad as the reviews say. We ordered 3 whoppers and a large fry nothing really special and were told to pull to the side so they could make the good. The car behind had to do the same. Not exactly fast food. We had to repeat several times no cheese because the server kept on asking. She kept calling us sweetie too bizarre.

Lol, I didn’t find any sleeping employees. This place isn’t as bad as Angel E. puts it out to be. The cashier was very nice and it is everything you would expect from a Burger King. Food was … fast? In all seriousness, the food is consistent and the décor of the place is updated. Supposedly there’s a sign that says that they deliver, so I’ll have to check that out sometime.

When I walked in the building the employees were sleeping at the tables! I’m not kidding. And management didn’t care. It was like this is the norm for this place of business. The food took forever to get and it was blah. This is not the place for me.
