Burger King

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a «rodeo burger», and they served it to me without any meat on it. I’m sure you don’t believe me, I wouldn’t have believed it either had it not happened to me. Worst of all the management refused to offer me a refund or even a replacement sandwhich, instead insisting that I was trying to pull one over on them. Clearly I will not be returning to this establishment.

Although I’ve never gone inside the restaurant, it looks really nice from the outside! Chicken nuggets are yummy and cheap. The workers are also nice and quick.

They have fruit flies in the ice Machine and was not willing to clear it out for me. I will never go into this place again. If there n the front then there’s an infestation in the back.

I’m a night shifter and I rely on burger King being open at 0600 to buy my dinner as it is the only fast food place to eat on my way home that I like. Every time I come the staff is never prepared and I am forced to wait at lest 10 – 15 min for them to come to the speaker. They have a routine on being late making the customers sit at the speaker while the frantically run to turn the order display to the breakfast side. I am a human just like the next guy and I understand being late once in a while but all the time is a bit much. The food quality is always good but the customer service needs work. If anyone who owns this place or manages sees this please don’t punish the person that opened today because it’s all your opening staff. Thank you I will revise rating once the problem is fixed.

The food is always fresh. The only thing I don’t like is that their ice cream machine is never working at night. I wish they would keep the machine for a bit longer over the weekends.

Why, oh why, do I crave Burger King on a yearly basis? This location is loopy, slow, and marginally friendly. This is not the star jewel in the King’s crown. It is close to Kempner High School. But even the students know about this location. I enjoy the menu’s variety, but am often disappointed about their latest creation. You may ask about the last meal at Burger King… yeah I cannot even remember much about the last meal. I do remember the signature onion rings and sauce. These are tasty in a cheap kinda way. I enjoy these but I cold live to eat another year — without them.

I like this location because it’s newly renovated. I had a problem at the last visit because I ordered 2 whoppers (one without onions) and a whopper meal for 2 but when I got home I had a whopper meal for 2, the whopper without onions, and someone elses whopper because it was without vegetables and with cheese. They gave me the wrong order. I think they were trying to rush things because several of the customers were waiting inside. They got panicked and I think that’s how they mixed up the order. They were backed up and serving people in the wrong order. I wasn’t happy about the wrong order but I realize that they were trying to hustle.

This Burger King is newly renovated and looks awesome! I decided to check it out one afternoon since I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat but knew I wanted a chicken sandwich of some sort. Since it’s very close to where I live, I decided to give it a try.
I ended up getting a chicken Tendergrill sandwich with fries. It was AMAZING. From the packaging, to the way it looked, to the way it tasted. They seriously used quality ingredients to make that sandwich. The fries are a MILLION times better than the used to be. It seems as though Burger King has decided to change up their food a bit and this is really working for them!
I also got a coupon sheet inside my bag with tons of great coupons I’ll definitely be using! My favorite one is for $ 1 for a small frappé. Mmmm. Think I’m gonna use that one sometime soon.

In my deck of breakfast options I have a Jack (in the box) and a (Burger) King. I have been a regular at Jack but decided to try the King’s offering this morning. Let me say, in my deck, Jack beats King.
Item — Egg and cheese croissant — no meat, hash browns, Minute Maid OJ
King — $ 4.80 with $ 0.49 for OJ upgrade. Hash browns — so so
Jack — $ 4.66 OJ as standard option. Hash browns — good
Jack wins.

I don’t really like fast food, but the classic chicken sandwich here is about the only fast food sandwich I can stomach. We went through the drive through late at night and was happy that they were open. It looks like there was only one person on staff and she was doing everything. She was pretty quick and our food was nice and hot. Of course, it’s fast food after 11pm, so it’s no fancy meal, but it was ok.
Of all the fast food places around, this is one of the few I’d go to.

Recently came here and ordered two double cheeseburgers and a small drink under the impression that the double cheeseburgers are from the dollar menu and the small drink was, as well. I was wrong, it’s actually the buck double that is on the dollar menu. Whoops! After placing my order I sat down at one of the booths.
The cleanliness of the place is above average, however, the food wasn’t. When my double cheeseburgers were finally ready, I unwrapped them and noticed that the bread was somewhat hard from sitting out all day. I can only assume that these were made way before I ordered them which isn’t too good. They tasted okay but I was expecting them to be a little better.
This location is the nearest to my house so I find myself coming here once in a blue moon but the food is barely average. The customer service is what you would expect, however, it’s good that they keep the place in pretty good shape. The tables were clean and it still looks pretty new despite being a few years old. I’d come here again but only because they are close to my house.
