Based on the reviews here I booked my appointment and got Ty as my dresser. She is amazing!!! I’ve had about 5 years of ok color jobs and this is the first I LOVE in awhile. She restored my long half highlighted hair. My cut and color were soo on point! You have to give her a try. She is so nice and willing to exactly what you need to do maintain your hair. I’m telling you, you want regret it.

I love, love, love Emmanuel Salon. Stevie has a way with my short fine hair to make it look full and healthy. My color is always perfect and it last a long time. The atmosphere in the salon is so inviting and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. You are greeted with a warm hello and smile and offered coffee, tea or lemon water and made to feel at home. The salon is also very clean. Thank you all the staff at Emmanuel Salon for taking such good care of me.

Monica has been coloring my hair for the past 2 years and I love it! She is so talented and really knows how to educate her clients on what’s best for their hair. I’m very happy with her and will never go to anyone else!

SAMMY. He is one of the best hair stylist I’ve been to in Houston. He listens to what you want patiently and takes his time to make sure you like what he’s doing and it SHOWS! Best blow dry ever at the end and he just ran his fingers through my hair and it was suddenly beautiful. True talent. Highly recommend asking for Sammy!

Based on the reviews on Unilocal,I set up an appointment with Jenni, and I absolutely love my balayage and my haircut. You initially have a consultation with your hairdresser where they explain the process/products of balayage, discuss the pricing, and suggest some ideas. At my appointment the following week after consultation, I showed Jenni a picture of balayage I liked. I told her that I’m not too picky so I told her to do what she wants as long as there is no bright yellow in my hair. She did an amazing job, and she was so sweet! She even put some color on the top of my hair, because I was a little iffy about just the bottom part of my hair having all the color. This was my first time at high-end salon, so the haircut was pricier than what I usually pay, but my experience at Emmanuel Salon with Jenni was so great that I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was able to snag a walk in appointment with Auriana, I believe she is a Level 2. She is phenomenal! I highly recommend her. My hair feels amazing after a protein treatment and she achieved the exact cut I was wanting. I’ve found my new stylist and couldn’t be happier!

Every time I go here I feel spectacular when I leave. I highly recommend Brooke. Best haircut ever since she started doing my hair. She really paid attention to what I wanted. Then made some recommendations based on my hair type(very fine) and I came out feeling like a superstar

Bree was my stylist… and she was good. Not fantastic but good. Cut was nice, exactly what I wanted. She really did not offer her own advice which I was eager to hear as she is supposed to be one of the the senior stylists at this salon. And the straightening(which should be the easiest part– as my hair is super thin) was just OK. Now for the eyebrows… Thai did my eyebrows. She was very good but it seems that this salon made eyebrows an after thought. She did my eyebrows where they wash hair. There was no special light for my eyebrows. There was no table next to me for the wax. It was a few feet back. And the tweezers were second grade. But I guess that falls back to the person doing the eyebrows and their comfort. But as I stated previously, it seems as though offering eyebrow services was something they just decided to add last minute. I will go back and give it another shot for the hair. IF they make an eyebrow station, I will definitely go back to see Thai. Sorry if I butchered the spelling of the names for the ladies who worked on me…

I had a cut today for the first time. Bree was very sweet and did a nice job. She’s a pro with the round brush and styling!

I love coming here for their hair services. I appreciate the consultation of color before they start so that everyone is on the same page before they even mix the products. I have never had a bad experience here. Their prices are also in a wide range based on experience, so there’s something for everyones comfort level.

Let me start off by saying I don’t just let anyone touch my hair. It takes A LOT for me to be comfortable with that, so I’m the type of person that goes to the same hair stylist over and over. I was itching for a haircut. I made a call to my local hairstylist, only to find out she was on vacation. I had lunch with a friend later that day and she suggested I check this place out. I hopped on Unilocal(as I’m sure most Unilocalers do), and skimmed through reviews. It seemed that Jenni was the person to book an appointment with, so I went for it. She is a «level 3» stylist, so her price is $ 55, but the«level 1» starts off at $ 45. I can’t speak for their services or skills, but Jenni is amazing and worth every penny. From her outstanding hair styling/cutting skills to her sweet and relatable personality. That hour that we spent together flew and I was completely at ease as she took my hair into her hands, which is not normal for me. I’m usually that customer analyzing everything the stylist cuts but for some reason, I felt comfortable with Jenni doing her thing. Maybe it’s because she has such wonderful hair herself? I always figure that’s the way to judge someone’s skills… lol. The salon itself is very cozy. It’s not as loud as some other salons, and the décor is very minimal, which I like. They seem to use good quality products which they DONOT push on you… another thing that I loved. Hands down, best hair service I’ve ever had. I’m ditching my old salon and will be coming here from now on. Give this place(and Jenni) a chance and you’ll wanna do the same.

Simple guys haircut. Everyone is nice, price is reasonable– they take care of you… But hair is NOT what I wanted. Kind of lop sided and sloping, no texture. Thought I could deal with it but going somewhere else today to get it fixed. If your a dude and come here. Be really specific about what you want.

Honestly, I don’t expect much with what I have to work with. My hair is like cotton candy– a little too soft… starting to thin at the top, and it tends to look flat… also, because of the long face– doesn’t look good short. Sarah worked a miracle with my hair, and I left– confidently making my next appointment. She chose everything(from the shampoo to the hair thickener) to accentuate the good. I walked out with a smile!

The best place to get your hair did in Sugar Land, except for maybe Toni and Guy(just my opinion). I’ve been around Town Center and through the Toni and Guy cycle in Sugar Land and I keep coming back to Emmanuel. I’m not going to tell you which girls to ask for, you find that out on your own or message me. What I will say is that you better have an appointment because the people you DO want cutting your hair stay very busy.

They do great MEN’S CUT as well. I visit Houston once a year and during my stay always end up getting a haircut. My hair is thick and not everyone can do a good job. My cousin always took me to Tony & Guy, though I loved everything about them I didn’t like the price. Last week, someone recommended Emmanuel Salon to me, they said I would get everything here that I get at Tony & Guy without reaching deeper into my pocket. Well, after today’s visit, I can say it’s true and I HIGHLYRECOMMEND this place! Appointment — I made it online a day before and got confirmation right away. You can choose from Protégé, Stylist at Level 1, 2, 3, Senior, Master or the Owners. I went with a Protégé(half the price Tony & Guy charges). Arrival — I was greeted by the front desk staff. The stylist took me to her station and we chatted for a few minutes to discuss what I wanted to get done with my hair in terms of length, style, etc. and she also offered me a drink like how they do at the other place! She shampooed and conditioned my hair before the cut because I suggested it’d be easier for her to cut due to the thickness of my hair. They have a great back area :) I could tell that she was a Protégé because she was nervous at times but nonetheless she did a great job. Next time I will definitely go with a Level 1 or a Level 2 stylist.

I love my stylist Jenny! She’s the best :). My hair is such a curly, gnarly, knotty pain and she powers through it each time. She’s so sweet and calls me her mermaid! I’m glad I have her to highlight and cut my hair. The assistants are great too and always help the process.

Really disappointed in this salon. My husband had a haircut scheduled today with the same girl who cut it the first time. He was coming straight from work and was literally running 5 minutes late, and gave a courtesy call to the salon to let them know. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist said he needed to reschedule. By time he got off the phone with them, he had already passed the salon, and it was only 10 minutes past his appointment time. Apparently the stylist had a party to attend and that was her last appointment of the day, so it was inconvenient for her to stay to do the cut. I can understand if this was an evening appointment, but this was a 4:30 appointment! You can bet that he didn’t reschedule with her. I was actually going to schedule a haircut here but they just lost our business. Not to mention that the same girl was running 15 minutes behind on the first haircut she did for him, but God forbid the actual client is running a few minutes late and was courteous enough to call! Had he not called, he probably could have shown up and she still would have cut his hair. Maybe this salon only caters to rude/inconsiderate people.
