Mr. Kenneth is amazing! I was skeptical when my parents wanted the Texas Ribeye but wow it was amazing. Cooked perfectly medium well and the sides were great too! Wife and I got the Bill’s Burger and California Burger and both were really flavorful and yum. Large order of fries were a great compliment for the table and Hershey’s Chocolate Malt was just perfect to top it off. Of course dessert is first so I chugged that down quick. Overall great, friendly service with smiles and great food. Must have!

I took my niece, a first time visitor to both Beck’s Prime and Sugar Land, to eat on 12/​19/​2015. Sitting outside on the wood deck near the water under the huge trees was very pleasant. The order was pretty quick and served to our table outside. The actual food, however, was a major let-​down. After telling her how good it was going to be, I felt embarrassed and would have been better off at McDonalds. What happened to their burgers? My last visit was about a year ago and I remember a good tasting burger. A burger that tasted like ground T-​bone or ribeye. This time, the hamburger tasted like it was made with low quality beef. It was mushy, not firm. Even the bun seemed different. The fries were average, but they never had great fries anyway. They were about what I expected. My other choice for lunch was Floyd’s Seafood but they were very busy. They make a great burger! That is where I will take her next time so she will not have bad memories of Sugar Land.

I am beyond impressed — I have been going to Becks for a long time and their burgers are just amazing! I wanted to try something new so I decided to order a steak. I was skeptical to order since the Ribeye price is at a whopping $ 30. I always said to myself if I’m going to pay $ 30 I much rather go to a real steak house like Saltgrass, Perry’s, Ruth steakhouse etc etc… but I decided to try it anyways and what a surprise!
The steak was perfectly marbled, tender and soft. I got probably a little bit more than ½’ inch thick and it came with salad and an extra side.
I must say, The Ribeye was much better than some leading steakhouses such as — Saltgrass, Perry’s, Outback and some others I cant think off.
Next time I crave for steaks I will definitely come to Becks

I’m really surprised how low the overall rating for this restaurant is. The fact that some people have written reviews that say the service was great, food was great but the price was high, and go on to one star the place is just absolutely ridiculous. Everything on the menu from chicken, burgers, steak to the vegetables is all delicious and cooked with the freshest ingredients! I’ve been coming here for years and the staff has always been excellent. In my honest opinion, I’d give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5. But because there are people giving this place a one star even when they say the food and service was great, I’m giving it a 5.
If it’s your first time and you aren’t too picky about toppings, I recommend Bills Burger! No matter what burger you decide to eat, I recommend giving the prime sauce a try as well!

One of the nicest views and patios in Sugar land… but. you pay for it. Burgers are tasty but very pricy, we still eat here occasionally but at $ 15 per person with no alcohol and only 2 sides for four people it’s a little on the high side. Food is really good, great place to bring the kids so they ca run around, only drawback is the price.

Love love loovvee! The service is awesome and the food is cooked to perfection. We came for my dads birthday ans the manager Kenneth was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! He made sure we were taken care of and went around asking customers how their burgers were. I always come to this location and I always recommend this place

So when it comes to burgers I grade them on a 1 – 5 scale and this place gets a 3.
Becks prime, is a step above 5 guys and smash burger.
However, for the price you’re better off going to Fudruckers, Bernies burger bus, Pappas burgers, bubbas burger shack, etc. Those places are a 5.
Taste: Their burgers aren’t bad by any means but it’s like I said its a step above 5 guys and smash burger. If you want top quality burgers then go to Bernies burger bus or pappas burger.
Also their burger bun gets soggy very quickly.
Service: The people here are always nice and go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking.
Price: With fries & a drink the price was around $ 19.

I ordered the regular cheeseburger. It was very tasty, but for $ 10, I wasn’t impressed. Maybe I just don’t get the place, but paying full service restaurant prices for a fast food atmosphere doesn’t make sense. I hadn’t saved up enough to get a side order of fries. I’ll just take my $ 3 soda and roll. Carl’s Jr next time.

Good burger, but $ 17 for a bacon cheeseburger with fries and drink is too much. It’s not bad but it’s not worth $ 17. I don’t see myself ever eating here again unless someone I am with wants it.

I have been patronizing this location since they opened, and the location on Westheimer before that. My fav is the ribeye steak sandwich. Most of the time the service and food are top notch. Today, I went to the drive through and got a little shorted. I ordered the large order of sweet potato fries, which is advertised as a pound of fries for $ 7 (I said they were good, not cheap). When I was unpacking the bag at home, the fries I got weighed only 12oz, which is a quarter pound short. At these prices I expect my order to be right. Be sure to check your order before you leave the window,

I’m at Becks Prime about once a week. It’s just down the street from my gym and it is a great place to stop for food after a hard workout.
I eat healthy and the best option for here is the Julie’s Ahi Tuna with veggies. It’s a good healthy choice with a nice piece of tuna cooked mediium rare and a huge collection of grilled veggies including broccoli, red onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
The managers and staff here are all great people and they’ve been here for years so I guess Becks must do a good job of retaining employees.
Indoor dining is fine, but if the weather is nice I always eat outside in the deck. There a beautiful view of the lake and green spaces nearby.

The burgers are thick and juicy. I love the egg bun that they use. However, the sweet potato fries are always a little undercooked and mushy. Cost us $ 30 for 2 burgers with fries and large drinks, but I love the blue cheese burger and will continue to go back.
Service is always great at this location!

This place is the best chain food burger in Texas. The meat and fixin’s are top notch, but be prepared to pay for quality. I have eaten at 46 of the top 50 burger places in Texas and Beck’s Prime is a legitimate contender.
Negatives…shredded lettuce (doesn’t belong on a top notch burger)
Bun didn’t hold up, got mushy at the end. Eat it with the top bun on the bottom to fix this !
Too heavy handed on the mustard
So, if you don’t mind shelling out the bucks, eating the burger upside down and telling them to go easy on the mustard… you got one fine burger my friend !

Come. Come because the burgers, sweet potato fries and salads are all that. Consistent. Full of flavor. Bold. Crisp. But come to this location because of ONE thing… the back porch.
The deck & back porch are nestled under canopies of back lit trees. And seating is facing a body of water w an illuminated fountain.
Oh, and there are wild ducks. Who await your crumbs, or not.
A walking path skirts by the deck and often times you’ll see walkers.
The vibe here is quiet. And despite the nearby busy freeway… amazing the scene is serene.
Go figure.
Anyway, it’s a good place, but EXPENSIVE.
So those that are here are shelling out top dollar for a burger. Trust me, after one bite, you won’t care. Come & visit and give them your business.

After driving by this place for years, finally decided to check it out for a quick lunch. Food seemed overpriced and cheapest thing on the menu was about Ten bux… going through the drive-​thru I was suprised.
Got something called the «dreamland» which was apparently a small microwave nuked chicken breast with a sloppy mix of unflavorful sauce, cheese and mushrooms + box of lettuce and tomatoes… for a whopping 12 $. The portion was unfilling and the food left a LOT to be desired… Sysco seems to provide their raw foods which might be why they call it «gourmet» but I noticed/​tasted little that could truly justify the price.

I freakin’ LOVED it here! We got a $ 10 off coupon in the mail, and decided to use it for lunch on Saturday (no restrictions!)
They serve the smartest chilli cheese dog I’ve ever had — and it was bloody delicious! The fries were great, service was friendly and fast, hubby loved his California chicken sandwich and the strawberries and cream shake was great.
My one (rather large) complaint, is that it’s freakin’ expensive, in spite of $ 10 discount, it still came to just under $ 25 for two of us, for lunch!!! uhmmmmm I don’t want to have to remortgage to have an excellent chilli cheese dog!!!
