They sold me an expired apple pie. I sent it back and got a refund. The manager put the expired Apple pie back in the box to sell to the next customer. Classy.

Never get my order right, constantly getting shorthanded whenever I come here. If I were you, I would never come to this location. Save your money from being taken by this place. Horrible service.

I’m a bit surprised by the negative reviews. The place is always clean and decently staffed, and the service(while not always the fastest) is always courteous and you can tell that the staff is always hustling. I generally walk in to grab items to go, and I have never had an issue with a single order. They also always throw in napkins, plasticware, condiments, etc. without me having to request them, which is becoming rarer and rarer in today’s fast food world. As far as McDonald’s locations go, this is one of the best ones in the Greater Houston area.

Saturday night and it was passed our kids sleep time and we are so hungry, we just want to grab some food and eat on the way home. When I went to the drive thru, I asked if they have breakfast sandwich at that time when I was in the Drive Thru, they say«yes». I ordered a fish sandwich meal, 20 piece nuggets and a ham & egg breakfast sandwich. The monitor shows all items and prices. I paid what I ordered, they handed me the bag from Drive Thru. Of course, it ended up I do not have all items I paid for. And ended up with kids sleeping with hungry and upset. It is not just because of the money of the one sandwich, it is about lost trust with customer.

Extremely slow internet. Took 3 min to download this page! Cold burgers and fries. Couldn’t eat them! Usually good but not today! Even my grandson wouldn’t eat his which he usually eats all.

Sometimes they don’t open on time. The staff all speak in monotone. Other than that, the food tastes like any other McDonald’s.

This is the last time I will stop by here for breakfast. This is at least the second time I have stopped here around 5:40 — 5:50 am. The hours show they open at 5:30 but they’re not. Chikfila is not as convenient but I bet they open when they say they do.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We don’t eat at McDonald’s often, and now I remember why. Drive-thru on a Sunday after church should not be a crisis. If you’re there at 1:30, you’d think the food wouldn’t be cold. WRONG! We ordered McNuggets and asked for 3 sauces and got NO sauces. We ordered 2 grilled onion cheeseburgers and asked to add bacon, there were NO grilled onions and the patties on each sandwich were cold, and the buns were hard. Fries were cold. Apple pie was cold. COMPLETELY disappointing trip. When we called to speak to a manager, there was a need for translation over the phone as the manager tried to ask the drive-thru operator to find our order on the register. We will NOT return.

I’m not into McD’s food anymore. I gave up on those burgers long ago. It’s the $ 1 any size drinks that I come for. Today the drive thru was long so I went inside & I saw an older gentlemen at a table falling asleep with a cup of coffee in his hand. Head bobbing, coffee steaming. This was just an accident waiting to happen. Was I suppose to make him aware that he could end up with a scalded lap, like a good citizen, or leave him alone cause maybe this was his quiet time away from whatever bothers him & he did this all the time? As I decide to pass his table making lots of noise with my keys, two little boys race by him pushing & yelling on the way to play ground. They scare the crap out of him. Whew… thanks obnoxious kids, you saved the day!

I don’t know why I have returned here again. I have never been able to get out of the drive through with the correct food. They have given me tea instead of coke, sausage biscuit instead of an egg mcmuffin, or just left food out of my order completely. I ordered breakfast for me and a coworker. I got both of our drinks, but got to the office to find that my egg mcmuffin and hash brown were missing and her big breakfast did not have the hot cakes. I will take credit for not checking before leaving, but seriously is there no one working here who can make sure all the food is in the bag? I have finally learned and will not be returning here.

Have tried their new egg white delight mcmuffin sandwich which amazingly it was very good. They are offering coupons through the mail to try the item that just was rolled-out April 2013. The drive-thru was amazingly fast and efficient. They handled my coupon with no issues. Food was hot, coffee hot too.

I go there to get my occasional sweet tea and French fry fix. Horrible yes, but even health nuts generally have cheat days. However, generally their food is pretty icky tasting and horrible for you. Maybe fast food establishments will get on the healthy food bandwagon and put some better items on their menus. And no a salad with fried chicken and dressing with insane amounts of sugar and fat isn’t a healthy choice.

I go here a lot as it is my local Micky D’s. The iced coffees are generally good. Every now and then they will give me a bad iced coffee — if you are an iced coffee lover, you know what I mean. The service is generally faster than average in the drive-thru. However, the tiny windows in the drive-thru are reminiscent of something from Snow-White and the Seven Dwarfs. I feel bad for the employees, most of whom must crouch down to flash drive-thru customer’s a smile. It’s just an odd set-up and I’ve never seen another McD’s with that problem. Inside, the décor is dated and coupled with the strong trademark McDonald’s stench. It could use a renovation. There is a red-box station right when you enter that usually has no waiting time. Overall, a decent McDonald’s to hit up if you are in need.

Mango Pineapple Chiller. Heck with the sugar. I love that chill sliding down my throat. Gotta be careful not to let the ice give me chest freeze.

AHHHH I wish I knew who made the Mocha Frappé for me!!! It was PERFECT. Perfect mocha flavor, just right sweetness. It wasn’t watered down like Starbucks on W Gray(my other review). Blended consistency was just perfect. I even got chocolate syrup on my whipped cream. Yeah!!!

Mmmmmmmmmmm McFlurry! This McDonalds is conveniently located on Hwy 6 near hwy 59. It’s easy to miss because of deed restrictions that don’t allow it its usual obnoxious colors. There is a small«M» sign on the road. It’s perfectly positioned so that when you are craving some fries or a McFlurry you can pop through the drive through and be back on your way in minutes. I tried one of those McFlurries for the first time last night and YUM. Fast food generally makes me feel icky, but the ice cream dessert was yummy! The part we contemplated for a while was the spoon it came with. It was a huge really solid plastic spoon that had a thick hollow square handle. It gave us a good 5 minutes of conversation as to the purpose of the spoon’s shape. We settled that it must be used to flurry the McFlurry. McDonalds… McFlurry and minutes of entertainment.
