After we had our volkswagon service for the check engine light, we had the same problem after one week. We took our car to Auto Zone to have the check engine light scan for free since we were charged previously for the same problem at First Tire. We took it back to First Tire since it was still under warranty. The general manager, Robert, assured us that they would fix the problem which they did. We were satisfied with the service that we received. They have earned our trust!

I brought my car to them for the first time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought there was something wrong with my a/​c, and although they spent the day looking at it and couldn’t find anything wrong, they didn’t charge me for the evaluation.

Exceptionally clean establishment and extra high and spacious ceilings. EXTRA wide front desk with friendly faces filled with smiles as they get you out of your dilemma in no time! Awesome service and I will definitely be back! Opens at 7 on weekdays with professional equipment and staff service.

This place provides EXCEPTIONAL service and are very honest with you. No BS with them and they make sure they give you the best options at reasonable prices. They’re not in the business to make a quick buck. They’re in the business to KEEP their customers who stays loyal to them, hence the reason they are mostly booked to capacity. Be sure to call them ahead of time and state the issue that you have with your car. They will tell you straight up if they are too busy and give you the choice of scheduling to come in another time. You can go to your shady mechanics and big time crap dealerships to get your car fixed, but if you want a friendly and trustworthy place to take care of you ride, come here. You will not be disappointed.
I had issues with my Acura TL power steering. I did not want to go to the dealership to deal with their shadiness so I took my car to first tire and automotive. David called my car warranty and handled EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do was drop my car off in the morning and it was done before noon. The only reason why it took a while was because they literally had the part specially shipped for me, so I did not mind the waiting. Now I have one smooth, quiet ride. All thanks to them!

I really love this place they have wonderful customer service! They have taken me to work one time when I just couldn’t wait. They entire staff is great and they are very trust worthy!

I went here for alighment. based on reviews. The guy at the desk said, since they were busy they can only do it bu the end of day. The place did not look that busy.
I decided to go to another place. I called them back just to ese if the personw was lying. When I called, he said that he can get it done right away. Bad place, they discriminada.

Not just for tires!
Took my Mazda in for a 100K-​mile heckup. The manager and staff were courteous and helpful from the first minute. I already knew the brakes were overdue to be replaced, and several of the fluids and filters would need attention, and their diagnostics confirmed such. They also found a leaky strut and determined some of the tires were nearing replacement time. Since I could not afford everything that needed done, they helped me prioritize the immediate necessities.
They further earned my trust when I asked them about an engine mount that I had been told 2 years ago was about to break by the dealership. I fully expected to be told my engine was about to fall off after this checkup two years later, and they could have easily sold me on that repair. They had indeed looked into it and saw that it was cracked, but since there was no indication of undue stress or vibration being created yet, they did not even mention it in their recommendation of services.
They gave me a ride back home while the repairs were done. All the work was completed within 3 hours the same day. They were still concerned about a new small noise when I arrived to pick up shortly after closing time, and asked to let them know if it was still there in two days. If so, they would redo the brakes. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to quality.

Marvin and Paul have a great shop. I have used their services for years. I recently needed new tire on my Expedition. If you have one, you know that tires are NOT cheap. First Tire was competitive, quick, and reasonable. They never try to add on charges or services that you didn’t ask for or need. I asked for an alignment check. For a awhile I thought I was driving a wagon — Yeah RAWHIDE! Whip, whip! They explained the process and the results. Marvin was great. He made it affordable. Trust these people. They are good!

Took my wife’s car there to have the brakes serviced. Great customer service from Jesse. Also replaced fuse at no charge. Will definitely use them in the future.

I’ll be taking my car here from now on.
Here is why:
1. The employees are REALLY nice.
2. They fixed my tire for FREE.
3. I only waited about 15 minutes on a Saturday.
Forget discount tire, firestone, etc… companies that try to get as much money out of you as possible when nothing is really wrong. And don’t get me started on the crap job they do to your vehicle, if they do anything at all. Go here. You won’t want to go anywhere else. These guys are great.

I’ve been taking all of the family cars to First Tire on Eldridge for several years now. I was going to another auto repair shop very near, but gave up on them (too long of a story).
This is what I really like about First Tire. I had taken my wife’s Honda to the dealer for some warranty work. The Honda service rep (as always) tried to sale some other maintenance need. The rep said my wife’s Honda needed new brakes. The cost wasn’t cheap, so I decided to wait and shop around. I took the Honda to First Tire for an oil change and asked the guy to look at the brakes. The mechanic said the brakes were in good condition and didn’t need any work. He could have easily said otherwise. Honesty is so hard to find in an auto repair shop. Ever since then, I’ve had them do all my repairs. They even did some Honda extended warranty repairs. I don’t recall ever having to take a car back in for a repeated issue. I can’t comment on their prices, but I trust them to do the work correctly which is important. They do have coupons on the back of HEB receipts which helps.
I highly recommend them.
