Sam’s Club

Nice and clean location. Sometimes I feel that all Sam’s should have the same layout. I couldn’t find anything, because I’m so used to my old Sam’s.

I just purchased a Samsung 2.1 Soundbar, expecting it to be brand new since it was place with the rest of the products. However, upon opening, my boyfriend and I discovered that things were missing: HDMI cable and the battery for the remote (which was listed as included). Also, our cables that were provided were placed in ziploc bags. Last time I checked, big name companies didn’t package their products with ziplocs. I am extremely disappointed with the entirety of this purchase because I spent the full $ 149 + tax for this product, and things were missing. Now, if this were placed in the «Open box» section, it would be a completely different story. But it wasn’t. And now we’re here. Luckily we have an extra HDMI cable on hand, but now we have to travel back to the store to purchase a battery for the remote so we can set things up properly.
I do not recommend shopping at this location unless you’re ok with not getting what you paid for.

Great location for gas runs and a spacious lot for plenty of stations keeps me coming back.

This is my favorite Sams Club in the Houston area. It is clean, organized, spacious and not overly packed with customers.

Great deals if you need to buy in bulk. We stock up on snacks and drinks for our large school events. It’s easy to check out with large carts and they usually have several lanes open. They have great frozen foods and pastries as well.

Sam’s club is a good place to purchase tires and to buy in bulk.

They are thieves and have zero customer service. Should had never switched from Costco!!! Cut my losses and never shop here again. Manager help? Please, did not even had the courtesy to come out.

Review for gasoline only. Cheapest price in north part of Sugar Land between the Southwest Freeway and the baseball park. Currently at $ 3.26 per gallon. Four stars because you have to be a Sam’s Club member and it doen’t accept American Express card.

I found a discounted membership and decided to give them another shot. Make sure to know your brands, your prices, etc for that is the only way to actually get a good deal here. If you know your prices then you can walk out of there with great deals and savings. Some of the things I noticed that were good buys were organic spinach, mushrooms, pasta, varying cheeses, some baked goods, organic agave, and olive oil. They also had my organic laundry detergent for a great buy that is hard to find most places so that is a huge plus. Another great selection is their electronics department. Make sure to do your research before you buy there, but if you do, you will usually find a few things at a steal. Will be doing more shopping there now that I have my membership. I just hope they had more fresh produce, organic dairy options, and other organic items at fair prices for that would be awesome. If you don’t usually carry cash and/​or want to get your credit card rewards for purchase, go to Walmart next door and buy a gift card that is good for any Walmart/Sam’s Club and put approximately the amount you think your purchase might be on there and then add a bit for good measure. Might be a pain, but it gives you the best of both worlds too. Also they often take all credit cards online, so you can always buy there and have it shipped to you or the store I believe.

This a review for tire department. I called on ⁸⁄₃₀ and spoke with Saul to price out 4 new tires for my car. After being informed of my best choice, Saul suggested I bring the car in this morning at 7:00. I got there as Jesse was opening and waited. Jesse told me that only Business and Plus members could shop at 7:00. Regular hours started at 10:00 and I should come back.
I told him my tires were almost bald and I was hoping to get this errand out of the way. After a bit, Jesse said he would make an exception. I joined him at the counter inside, paid and waited in a chair. That was a mistake. I asked Jesse to help me after about 30 minutes so I could use the facilities. He had to call a colleague to assist me out of the low chair. I came back and sat on a metal bench.
When the car was ready Dylan came in with the papers. He noticed a wound had started to bleed on my elbow. Right away, Dyland got me a bandage and asked if he could help. I thanked him, put on the dressing and left. This a team of very helpful, customer oriented employees.

Great price on books for teaching my class?

No complaints, it pretty much has everything you would ever need, just in high quantities.
They have lots of samples to help keep your energy up while browsing through this massive store.
And the pizza is surprisingly good! Hot dogs too.

Sam’s Club is a giant warehouse type place that sells everything in bulk. Do you need 500 plastic cups? What about 25 pounds of pasta? Everyone needs a gallon jug of mustard, right? Well, Sam’s (like it’s cousin Costco) is a popular place for people to stock up on those often used items. They don’t have everything, but what they do have, they have it in large quantities. Don’t come here expecting to buy a single tube of toothpaste or one loaf of bread.
I haven’t been in many other Sam’s, but this one seems pretty much the same as the rest. There is a bakery, meat counter, frozen section, lots of bulk food, TVs, some furniture, clothes, books, DVDs, lawn chairs, and quite a few other things.
I came in here this weekend to return something for a family member. I don’t have a current Sam’s card and it started out as a problem. They needed a Sam’s card to proceed. Since I had the receipt, they were nice enough to look up all the info and even allow me to make an additional purchase on my dad’s Sam’s card. We had ordered a few hundred rolls and croissants for a party and they were all ready to go.
If you have a large family, or you are really good at planning in advance, this is the place for you! And of course, this is the place to get all of your party supplies!
