This is the worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of living in. The other reviewer was 100% correct, you can call, submit maintenance request, email, etc. However, neither management nor maintence ever responds. The apartments themselves are old and falling apart. I have water leaking down the wall in my den. I have submitted numerous requests for this to be looked at and to date not one person has responded. The foundation is sinking and I can no longer shut most of my doors anymore.
I would absolutey suggest that anyone looking at these apartments turn around and leave and never contact this office again or for that matter any apartment manged by Winthrop.
The rent is outrageous as well for what you get. Much better deals throughout Sugar Land.

These apartments are horrible! If you report anything to the managements they ignore you and never come to your service! First of all the apartments are really old and they don’t do anything to fix your apartments or cater to your needs! Some of the managements are money hungry people and don’t care about your living standards! They charge too much for utilities and charge unnecessary charges! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
