I only gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me continue with my review… Worst experience ever… If i could give it a –5 stars i would… Please don’t even waste your time… If you need a rental that is definetly not the place to go… The employees there will lie to your face telling you that you requested a service that you weren’t even aware that it existed… it really grinds my gear because I specifically told these guy that I was not willing to pay anything out of pocket because my insurance was goin to pay for the rental and I didn’t want any extras added to my bill… A month later I get a $ 350 bill… Like what??? I’m just don’t with Hertz in Sugarland… They really lost a very loyal customer… The employees there really need to take a Customer service class they could probably learn a few tips or two.

I’ll go with Enterprise from now on. Customer service is terrible at this location. The car I was rented was filthy when I got it, bottles of water rolling out from under the seat. I drove the car to Killeen and it was all over the road, I felt fortunate that I didn’t get pulled over for DWI. Nissan Altama with a suspension problem. I had the car for about three weeks while the body shop waited on parts to complete the repairs on my truck. I received a call from a lady from HERTZ car control asking about the car, I told her that I was going to get my truck that evening but had no one to follow me so I could return the car. I was told that I could leave the car there at the body shop. That evening I spoke to some rude individual from Hertz and gave him the address where the car was left. About 10 days later the body shop calls me and tells me that the car is still there. I immediately call them again and give them the same address as before and let them know about the car. A few days later I noticed the my credit card had been charged for $ 484.88. What a clan of rip off artists

Horrific customer service. I have been renting vehicles for 30+ years and have never received such poor service. Branch Manager, Charles Williams, did not even apologize for terrible treatment. Do not rent from this location.
