Called these guys and made an appointment a week out. On the books! Came home from work to meet them and they never showed. Apparently they called earlier to «confirm» my appointment. When I didn’t answer the call (because I was in meetings all morning), they arbitrarily cancelled the appointment. What?!? I’m in the service industry too and I would never treat a potential customer like this.
