This business, which was formerly named Bach to Rock, has refused to send me a refund for services not rendered for November 2014. I have an email from the owner, Pauline Cooper, where she promised that she would refund our tuition for November 2014 since she fired our child’s piano teacher and we didn’t want to switch to a new one. We paid her this tuition on the third week of October and she has still not sent the refund. No communication from her either regarding why she has not mailed the payment. She does not care about her customers. She has tried to hide from the people that she owes money to by changing her business name, changing her phone number, and not responding to emails. I would NOT recommend this place and certainly do not trust her with your credit card information. This isn’t an isolated incident as there are other families she owes refunds to and hasn’t paid.
