Quality Appliance Service

I was introduced to Quality Appliance Service when I had my washer repaired under warranty. The service man, Daniel H., was excellent. The buisness called me the night before to give me a window for my service call (i was allowed to choose ‘morning’, ‘afternoon’, or ‘evening’, and then they gave me a 3hr window). Serviceman called me to let me know he was running early, which was a first! I told him that was fabulous and sure enough, he came about 15 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I later called the same company and requested Daniel again when my refrigerator was acting up. Again, he called to inform me he was running early (jackpot!), and he knew the problem before he even got in the door. He installed a part and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Quality Appliance has higher prices than some of your bargain appliance repair places, but it is worth it. To have an on-​time, expedient repair, i’m willing to pay a premium!
