My husband and I tried Kabob Café today for dinner. I must say that the steak fries are amazing!!! They have small pieces of marinated steak on them with a tasty hot sauce and creamy yogurt atop of a bed of fries smothered in melted cheese. The Beef Koubideh Kabobs are very moist and tasty and the portions are generous. My husband substituted his rice for a nice tasty salad topped with olives and feta cheese which he enjoyed. I’ll definitely be returning to Kabob Café as there is a lot on their menu I am looking forward to trying!

Gyros are amazing! Super friendly staff. Good was fast, hot, and tasted superior to any other gyro I have ever had. I’m excited to go back and try some of there other dishes. The hummus was excellent as well.

Have been ordering here for many years. Love the kababs, the cucumber yogurt, the Santorini’s just name a few. When we don’t feel like cooking one of our go to places to get grub at a good price. Love supporting local business that deserves it.

Wish that this place was a bit easier to get too but the food is well worth it!!! It is hidden behind Café Beast and the 6 lanes of Dulles crossing highway 6 so I think a lot of people tend to miss it. Then the Beast’s customers tend to crowd out the parking lot making it difficult to park. Great food, service and atmosphere.

The rice taste delicious and the meat has just the right amount of flavor. Its quite surprising this place be so quiet, its a good place to have a quiet lunch or dinner.

i love the chicken kabob because it comes with a meal combo which comes with fries and a drink of your choice all at a great price. I also like to get the hummus with the pitta bread also a great price. The location is convenient, right next to Café East in Well Fresh plaza. My brother goes to karate in the same plaza so while my brother is on karate I go and eat in this beautiful Mediterranean café. Also the decorations on the wall are very nice. Almost makes you feel like you are there. They also have a TV which you can request for appropriate channels. Time to time i order a sandwich with french fries I love the french fries here.

Food: Appetizer platter — cold hummus, White yogurt dip, something wrapped in grapeseed leaves, and tabouli. They served this with pita bread. This was ok… every item was cold(even the hummus… i prefer hot fresh hummus). Falafels — It was good, but not the best I’ve had. Chicken Kabob — Good portion. Served with charbroiled tomatoes(pairs well with the dish). This was a tasty dish. The chicken was tender and juicy. Chelo Barg — This was my favorite dish. It was a huge portion of juicy & tender marinated beef fillet on a skewer. It was served with charbroiled tomatoes, onions, and saffron rice. Special rice — It was a sweet rice with thin carrot stix. It was a surprise for my palate, because I’m not use to associating rice with sweet. It tasted good with the main entrees. Service: Quick Prices: I thought it was comparable to other greek places in the area. Ambiance: Has a TV, small restaurant, good for small groups of 4

This little gem is tucked away in a shopping plaza behind a big chinese buffet place, so it’s always a bit more empty than I feel like it should be. Their food is really good. I’m generally here on any given day that I’m craving Greek/Mediterranean food. The people that own it are very nice and accommodating and I’ve never received a screwed up order from my take out adventures. We’ve tried most of the menu and can confirm it’s all been good. If you are not the adventurous type, you can’t really go wrong with the gyro plate.

The steak frys(French fries with actual tender pieces of steak on it) was off the hook– I will definitely come back to explore some of their other entrées.

Actually your business gets no stars. Chicken kabob 12.99 and u get ‘about’ a whole breast piece size of meat and a bunch of rice and small vegetable side. No bread, no yogurt and no salad. What kind of kabob was it? Place is a rip off, rather make a trip for a 10 piece box of Popeyes fried Chicken for 12.99! Never again.

Ive been here several times and the only conplaint I have is that the hummus is cold when it comes out… Its just my personal preference though. But it is good and the nan they serve with it is warm and not burnt. I keep ordering the chicken kabobs with rice… It is crazy flavorful. My husband has been getting the steak and it comes out like he wants and he hasnt had any complaints.

Ordered hummus, grape leaves, and chicken kabob. Food was good, service was quick and friendly. Food was good enough for me to come back however I have had much better, but those places are farther from my house. If I have the extra time I’m driving elsewhere, but this place will do in a pinch.

I came upon this place by accident actually. My friend and I were planning to meet for dinner, and I suggested a few places. I had put Kabob Café thinking it was another restaurant, but when I realized on the day of, my friend was already there so I drove to this restaurant. At first, I had wanted to persuade my friend to change back to the other restaurant. This restaurant was only on the corner and no one was in the restaurant except for two customers. However, we both decided to try it out since we never tried, for which I am glad we did! When you go inside, you can see that the restaurant is quite small and cozy. It’s definitely not a fancy restaurant so don’t expect it to be! After we were inside for a while, a few customers came in. I had the chicken kabob dish and it was really good. The kabobs did not come piece by piece but in one long piece together. It was rather more moist, and the rice was so flavorful! Altogether the taste seems quite authentic. I also had the yogurt drink which was very salty, but I like salty, but I dont’t think it’s for everyone. I did have one complaint which is when I had ordered to go on another day. I had place an order on the phone for chicken kebobs, but when I went there, I got chicken kaboudeh kabobs. Actually, I thought it was chicken kabobs at first, but I had doubts since it wasn’t like what I had the first time, so I asked the person who took the order whether it was chicken kabobs, and they said yes. After eating a few more bites, I looked at the menu and realized that this was not chicken kabobs but chicken kaboudeh kabobs which is ground chicken kabobs. I didn’t quite like the chicken kaboudeh kabob and requested to change it back, but they said that both are kebobs so they wouldn’t let me unless I paid again but yet I didn’t enjoy the chicken kaboudeh kabobs, so I had to pay another time for the chicken kabob I actually wanted! I was upset but eventually the person in charge gave me my money back. It was all due to misunderstanding that they thought I ordered chicken kaboudeh kabobs on the phone. It was really the person taking the order who got it wrong. They suggest to me to give the number of the dish next time I order. Despite above experience, I would go back because in the Sugar Land area it’s hard to find a good Kabob place.

My husband and I love the gyros here, best in town. We’ll come back to try other dishes, we just can’t stay away from the gyros. Affordable and great service every time. Baklava is delicious too!

A very cute, family owned restaurant with authentic food. Things you must try: the santorini wrap, filet mignon steak wrap, and chicken kubideh. So fresh and flavorful they won’t disappoint. Their jasmine rice and French fries are also very good. Service can be slow so I usually get take out, but the food is usually better with dine in. This is my go to place in Sugar Land when I’m craving a quick Mediterranean bite.

Its just ok. Its not the best Persian/mediterranean i’ve had, nor the worst. I ordered the lamb meat gyro, hubby ordered the Santorini’s gyro and the bread his was wrapped in, was much better than the tough wrap mine was wrapped in. When I think Gyro, I think more of the naan bread type wrap then the tortilla-type wrap. They are not overly generous with meat either, it was lots of wrap vs not much filling. Staff was nice and lunch price was good.
