ZEROSTARS! I also purchased the Groupon and was hit with the 25 $ fee! Was not happy about it, but paid it. Then I scheduled my next appointment, but I had apparently scheduled it too early, and she tried to charge me another $ 25.00!!! I walked out. Not paying her anything else! Purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. Already disappointed with my decision. Went for my 1st appointment today. Had to pay an additional $ 25 for administration fee. However, I’m not sure why. You are responsible for logging into their appointment system and scheduling your next appointment. Also, you cannot schedule before 8 weeks or they will charge an additional $ 50 fee. So who’s doing the administrative work? Also, they have moved locations. They are now at 1111 hwy 6. So I was late to the appoint. Which of course there is a fee. However, since I stated they need to update their address, they didn’t charge me. Before even completing my paperwork, they where trying to sell me other services. I let them know I needed to see if I was satisfied with this experience before purchasing additional. Not impressed with the laser treatment. I’ve had this procedure done before, so I knew what to expect. This was not anything like before. No pulses of pain or sensation of heat. I don’t even think the machine was on except for the flashing light. Contacting Groupon to inform them of lack of service and inquire if there is a way to get a refund.

0 stars ! This place should not even be open. I purchased a laser package and every time I’m in here 10– 15 min early their is someone in the room my appointment time and that takes up and I have to move other things I have to do around. And I come i am 6 min late ONCE and she’s gonna say I’m late and I have to wait. No duh I’m f****** late! and bullshit on their business. Full face laser takes on 5 min and this appointment is blocked for 15 min each client. I’m still in my appointment time frame! I work in a high/busy salon and spa so if I can be considerate, nice, and give extra and squeeze people in then I will and sure will make them leave a happy and grateful for me to go out of my way to do that then any f***** business can do it. Oh and the review left by «Katherine b» what bullshit too! They have $ 25 first time fee. And other charges for rescheduling and being late. They don’t give a f**** about you. They are all about money and do a terrible job. DON’T GOHERE!!!

I agreed with the other reviewers 0 is definitely what this place deserves! My only sec review on Unilocal and I was told by the supervisor to go ahead and write the bad review… WOW. unbelievable! I was not aware of their policy that I could not bring my 8yr child to the appt. which I did but I begged the tech to let me get my treatment because it was 5min in and out and he just sat right in front of the office. It was not like I bought a baby or toddler to the appt. The supervisor whom I explained this to was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that they would have to charge me $ 25 for rescheduling and this is after they charge you $ 25 for being a new customer. As I was trying to explain further on why I had to bring my son, she insisted that she has to let me go that she can no longer help me. This person is super rude and unprofessional. What business rush their customer off the phone!!! Very dissatisfied with this place. BEWARE of the hidden fees. Also, it is very hard to get thru their phones, it is always an answering service that answers but they never call you back. I should have read the reviews… VERYBADBUSINESS!

I would also rate it a 0 if I could. I almost want to cry. I went in for a microdermabrasion with a groupon, they charged me $ 25 extra for being a «new customer». I’m really frustrated w my skin so I agreed. She tried to charge me $ 10 extra but I insisted she had her math wrong. Then 5 minutes later she was done. absolutely nothing different. I basically got robbed and I honestly want to cry because 65 $ for 5 minutes and I do better with my home made facials. please don’t go thru what I just went thru. Is not fair for people like that to rob us who really need help with our skin or etc… :’(

I would give this place 0 star if I could. It’s the worst place I have ever been to. Claudia(owner & operator) runs this place out of an 8 by 8 ft room that she rented from an Alex Burton building. She continues to add additional charges and changing the rules. #1. the $ 25 additional fee for a doctor who would be on standby for any medical issues #2. my Brazilian was actually a small triangle at the front area(that does not include anything else, or the bikini line) and that was an additional $ 99 fee if i wanted the whole Brazilian area laser treatment. This is what she called«Brazilian extended» #3. If you come in earlier than your 8 weeks appointment there was an additional $ 25 fee. It was the worst laser hair removal job I have ever experienced. I could tell she missed so many areas. And I pointed it out to her, and she refused to fix it(saying that she did those spots already). A few weeks later, I have patchy areas where she had missed. Very lazy and unprofessional tech. DONOTGOHERE!!!
