Food was great but until the end when I ordered a drink and paid with tip, had to remind someone(not my waiter) manager brings the drink, I mentioned to him the wait… long pause… didn’t acknowledge me and walked off… ugh:(

I am extremely disappointed in my Visit to pf changs, my family and I will never go back, the black hostess lady is a nightmare, she’s mean and not very welcoming.

The service was outstanding — Robert, our server, was very attentive and made sure everything was just as we ordered. This was the best service we’ve had in the two and a half years we’ve been going there. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious as usual, and the fried green beans were wonderful! My wife at the BBQ Korean chicken which was fabulous! Met the manager, very professional and customer service oriented! Looking forward to our next visit!

I went wth friends for lunch. I had steamed pork dumplings and«new chili garlic chicken». The dumplings were very salty. No other favors, really, just salt. The chicken was cut into three large slices, far too big to eat with chopsticks. The outside was dry and tough. The chicken was bland breast meat. There was very little flavor in the sauce. All of this bland, poorly prepared food was also expensive. I think the chicken alone was $ 17. I haven’t found any really good Chinese food in Sugar Land, but this is the worst I’ve had there.

I love P.F. Changs … Their restaurants are always nice and clean and the food is always good… we had a REALLY nice waitress that served us … she was fabulous and very good at her job… when someone provides good service like that, it’s only right to tip them well… I always get the same thing. … spring egg rolls and changs spicy chicken … love it !!!

Wait time to to long, food is not great for the time you may have to wait before you get seated and the time you spent after the order is placed.

Every time I come here with my boyfriend we sit at the bar and the bartenders are all friendly and helpful. Today I had Jared take care of me(he was a sweetheart). Rambo is also a very great bartender that makes an awesome sauce; try it! For starters the egg drop soup is good and a great appetizer that you can’t miss are their wonton puffs. Very good to share and delightfully tasteful. I also recommend their lobster friend rice; or just regular friends rice with either chicken or beef. Mongolian beef is also great, either with white rice, or on noodles. The sauce pairs very well with the noodles. Mm. P.F Chang’s in Sugarland has a very nice ambiance and great food + drinks. :)

After having a long week filled with travel Saturday was looking like it was going to be a take out and hang out at the house kind of night. I have previously only had PF Chang’s in Highland Village, but I decided to give it a try as take out in SL. Honestly I was a little afraid of the reviews for the SL location, but I was like let’s just give it a try and hope for the best.(I’m glad that I did) So I decided on the Pad Thai(Spicy), Chili-Garlic Green Beans, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and an order of two egg rolls. Upon arriving the hostess greeted me politely and she took me over to the take out area. The wait time was very short. I had no idea, but apparently it was homecoming night so everywhere was a little more busy than usual and the order was pushed back about 5 minutes. That was fine because all the employees inside were very friendly and they even offered me a drink while I was waiting. They did pack a generous amount of sauces and fortune cookies in my bag. All of the food was packed nicely in plastic containers that helped keep the food warm. The food was great and it was definitely above expectations for take out. The Pad Thai was pretty spicy and it had a lot of flavor. I really enjoyed the chili garlic green beans. Next time I’ll probably skip out on the sweet and sour chicken because it was just alright. Overall my SLPF Chang’s experience was good and I will definitely be returning for future take out orders. Disclaimer ***My experience is based off of my take out order.***

I love PF Changs! I’ve been coming to this particular location for about 8 years. The menu has changed but they will still accommodate the«old style» menu if you ask. Waiters are great and attentive pat of the time. I’ve had a few duds but for the most part they’re great. Love their cocktails like the pink cosmo and asian pear mojito. Love the dynamite shrimp and the banana spring roll dessert. Points off for bad parking in the area and having to wait even when you have a reservation. Oh, take out service is great here too!

Terrible and starting to get expensive. $ 3 dollars for an ice tea? I had the Korean BBQ Chicken and it was flavorless($ 9.25) but I still ate it because I was on my lunch hour and didn’t feel like waiting for them to fix their error. Save yourself the time and go to Ginger Mule where the food is so much better if you are going to spend some money.

I remember my first time ever eating at this«Chinese» restaurant, for a friend’s birthday party back in middle school, and my thought leaving the place was«this food is ANYTHINGBUT Chinese». Flash forward 10 years, I still stand firm with that opinion. The dishes at P.F. Chang’s are so Americanized to the point where it makes me feel disgusted when eating there. While the concept of SOME dishes were somewhat similar to well known and popular Chinese cuisine, and ingredients halfway correct, what makes their food Americanized is the way they cook it up — drench everything in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, combo of both sauce, whatever other sauces they concocted, etc., or over season it with salt, pepper, and spices. Literally every dish I’ve had was either way too saucy, too salty, or too oily. There are absolutely no reasons to call this place«Chinese» besides the fake Terra Cotta warrior statues they have standing around. For the people out there that actually think this is the best«Chinese» food they’ve ever had, my heart weeps for you.

We had the ribs, pad thai, a sushi roll, and the cashew chicken platter. It wasn’t expensive for the amount of food. The décor was very dark and professional, and the service was incredible! The service is what makes me want to come back. Unfortunately, we liked none of the food that came out. The ribs were dry, but had an abundance of strong sauce. Not a good combo. The pad thai was bland. And the sushi roll was average. The best was the cashew chicken platter, but still not something I would come back for.

My daughter took me for Birthday lunch because I had been craving Lemon Chicken. Server was great. They don’t make your sauces table side anymore. you have to request that, so appetizer items come already sauced. Now on to the Lemon Chicken. One dinky over crispy, over fried chicken breast. I remember when the portion was plenty big enough for two to share, but alas no more. But they gave us plenty of rice(once they remembered to bring it) so for $ 30 for two it wasn’t much food and it surely wasn’t as good as it used to be. Won’t be back to this location for lunch.

Want free food? Go to this location! It’s apparently widely known that you can complain about the smallest thing and the management will give you free food and gift cards. I have seen it happen twice recently. Last week I was seated across from a couple who called the manager over and complained that they had been waiting for 20 minutes without having a waiter come over. They hadn’t even been seated for 10 min before they spoke with him and he gave them a $ 20 gift card without asking any questions. And when they couple paid, they paid with a gift card from a previous visit. They thought it was funny. The people I was with said they’ve heard that about this location. The time that I visited before that, the person seated directly behind me was very loud and obnoxious and complained that he ordered the wrong thing and didn’t care for it after eating the entire meal. He also received a gift card from a female manager. This place is so poorly run and I can’t imagine how they keep any employees or customers(maybe it’s because they’re so fast and loose with the comped food and gift cards). I’ve been here so many times because I work and live nearby and coworkers always want to go. But I won’t go from now on if I have a say. I’ve seen countless things occur on my visits that reflect very poorly on the management. I have to say, though, that I have always experienced excellent service from the waitstaff. I’ve never had a complaint about them, they’re always excellent. And it’s maybe too bad… I could have gotten tons of free stuff if I did have a complaint.

Good ambience and decors. The food is okay not too salty and the lunch special size is just average not good if you are very hungry and with a big apetite. parking is hard during busy hours but they have vallet parking. If you want authentic chinese food this place is not for you, but if you just want to hang out with friends and have chinese food with good ambience and atmosphere this is the place ;-)

Rating only for the white short bartender. I stopped by on Friday night at 10 P.M. on November 7th to have a drink and appetizer at the bar. There was literally no one at the bar. The bartender gave me a drink and food menu. A lady came and sat down at the other end of the bar, followed by a man that placed a to-go order. Me: It took 15 min for the bartender to tell me the cook dropped my sushi + another15 min later for the sushi to finally come out + he did not check on me once Lady: Got her food in less than 10 min Man: Got his to-go order in less than 10 min Bartender: Kept a long conversation w/the to-go order guy because it appeared they knew each other I didn’t eat my sushi since I lost my appetite due to the bad service. I asked another bartender for the manager. The manager stopped immediately and I explained the chain of events and IF he could only ring me up for the drink and not the sushi. He gave me the drink for free. The manager was very professional and I will return but not to eat at the bar.
