I had an exam and purchased Fendi metallic frames form this location and had issues from the beginning. Although I was sized by the staff, my frames were tight and when I returned within 30 days they stated there was nothing that could be done. Fortunately, one of the doctors was able to fix the tightness. My frames that I purchased from them started to deteriorate on the sides in less than year. The staff said I had to re-purchase frames at 50% off retail. I asked about the 1 year manufacturer warranty and they stated that I needed to contact Fendi. I’ve been wearing glasses since a very young girl and NEVER had issues with my frames. I question if these are«original» Fendi manufactured frames. Also, the staff at this location does not represent the area and the doctors very well so highly suggest paying a little more for restructuring. I will NEVER patron this location or will inform my family and colleagues not to patron this establishment.

I purchased a Groupon. It was not a good idea. The Groupon was for an eye exam and glasses($ 200) value. I wanted contacts. I paid an additional $ 79 for an exam for contacts and $ 180 for contacts. I wanted to have new lenses put in my less than year old designer frames. I was not allowed to use the $ 200 toward my lenses which I was quoted would cost $ 453.00. They told me I had to purchase a new frame. They also told me I had only a few days to decide if I waned to purchase a new frame. The Groupon was worthless. My total expense was $ 300, and I don’t have new glasses. Don’t go to Pearle Vision in Sugar Land.

Biggest waste of time I have ever had. I asked them if I was covered by my insurance, they said yes. I wait for them to do all the paper work(ONMYLUNCHHOUR) and they then start telling me how much everything would be. I said«Wait, you said I was covered, and they say yea but you’re out of network» UMMMM that is what I was getting at when I asked you if I was covered! THISISYOURBUSINESSNOTMINE, you knew what I was getting at and I rely on professionals in your field to relay the correct info. NEVERGOINGTOPEARLVISIONAGAIN.

I visited this location for the first time in December(having just returned to town from college and did not feel like driving the distance to my old doctor further down highway 6). I needed my glasses prescription renewed before I was to go into surgery the following month. Had my exam and got my glasses… everything seemed to go smoothly. Returned at the end of May to follow up with a contacts fitting. I have worn Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism FORYEARS — since the FIRST day I ever got contacts as a teenager. The eye doctor this time around was a different one than the one I saw in December. Upon inquiring about the type of lenses I normally wear, I told her, and she proceeded to tell me that«my chart from my exam in December did not show that I required the special contacts for astigmatism». She claimed that my exam showed that I didn’t even HAVE an astigmatism in one of my eyes. I was extremely annoyed as I knew this was not the case. She INSISTED that I was wrong and basically tried to tell me that there was no way the previous eye doctor could have made a mistake like that. Anyway, I basically demand a re-examination, and come to find out, I DID in fact have a strong enough astigamtism in BOTH eyes to require the special contact lenses that I had previously told her I wear/need. Not only did she brush it off, like«whoops, my bad», she did not even APOLOGIZE for trying to make me feel stupid and for their mistake on the first exam in December. They ALSO would not agree to replace my glasses lenses from the exam in December, where, again, Lord only knows what kind of effed up prescription they put in. Today, thought about purchasing my contacts through them, and they wanted to charge some outrageous amount. When I mentioned 1−800-contacts has them cheaper, THEN she claims they price match for the lenses. No. I will be ordering my contacts from 1−800-contacts and never returning to this location. If you want your prescription messed up and you want mediocre customer service, this is the place for you. I think the extra distance to my old AWESOME eye doctor, Dr. Tran, at the 4555TX-6 Sugar Land, TX77478 location(which is now Per-Fit Vision), is more than worth not having to deal with these IDIOTS ever again.

Entire staff went out of their way to assist us. Dr. Wen was professional. He fitted my daughter for glasses and contacts. He was so wonderful I decided to have him give an exam on my eyes while I was in there. I would recommend them to anyone.

THEWORSTPLACEEVER! They broke my glasses and said I had to pay for it to get fixed because my warranty only covered it full in the first month… I am a student with no insurance and paid full price for everything and had my glasses broken only in 3 months of purchasing. A waste of my money went to that cheap awesome company. NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN! I recommend no one to go there unless you want to get awful service and cheap material glasses

I have been coming here for many years; but it seems like this will be my last time. The doctors are great and I always feel that I am in best hands but lately I have had a very bad service with the staff. They are rude and not helpful at all. Felt terrible and this is my last time.

I visited here to look for frames. I’ve never visited the optometrist there, but their staff was helpful enough. They gave me price quotes with my insurance and informed me about deals. I didn’t end up getting my frames here but I’m glad they were happy to help.
