Almost every time I order from this location, either the pizza, bread sticks, or brownies are burnt– I keep going back since the location is convenient for me but as of today, I will not order from here again. I ordered on 2÷15÷16 and my pizza was burnt to where my kids didn’t even want to eat it. I hope they improve the quality of their food because there are too many pizza places to choose from in this area.

Ordered a large pizza and bread sticks online. After putting in my credit card and completing my order, learned that our delivery would take an hour. Wow! That’s a long time. But, the order is in. We can wait I guess. Then an hour passes. I wait about 10 more minutes. Call to check on the order. Person answering the phone fumbles. I kinda get the impression that they forgot about us. She says that the driver left a few minutes ago and will be at our house soon. Wait another 10 – 15 minutes. Order finally comes. It is COLD. Almost ice cold. Driver did not get a tip because of how long it took and I felt a little bit bad. But, when we noticed the pizza was cold I’m so glad we didn’t tip him. Never Pizza Hut delivery ever again.

Order was placed with estimated 45 min for delivery. Called the store back an hour later and was told that for unknown reason, the order was cancelled. Store clerk is some kid telling me that they called me but I didn’t answer so they had to cancel the order. No missed call on my end. Kid said was the order placed using a credit card when I called in the order. Told him the order was placed online and Cash paying option was selected. He reply «oh», I don’t know what happened. They never made my order and didn’t even call. Horrible service!!! Will go to Domino or PapaJohn from now on.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

If I could give them a negative 5 review I would absolutely do that. They are blaming everything on the power outage, saying they never got my order but when I got there they told me how the driver tried to call me trying to tell me what happened.
1. If the order was never placed how did they get my number.
2. I made 10 + calls to this location and didn’t get any calls from any driver.
Why did they wait for 2 hours to call me I didn’t start calling them till after 2.5 hours when I didn’t receive my food.
Long story short. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA from this location

I usually order the Pan or Thin Crust Meat Lovers or Supreme (No bell peppers please) pizza and I have been very satisfied every time. I ordered the Supreme Pan online as a carryout yesterday and the Pizza was ready three minutes before my scheduled ready time.
I am rather surprised with the negative comments about this particular Pizza Hut location because I have placed many orders at this location and I have not been dissatisfied one time.

I have had a second bad experience with this location. Very unprofessional. Both the time, pizza was very late. More so, they do not put proper quantity of cheese and toppings; spread it un-​evenly. Spoiling the name of Pizza Hut!

Pizza did not have cheese enough to cover the entire pizza. We ordered 2 large pizza and one clearly was considerably missing the cheese. While I was waiting for my pizza to be remade another customer came in with an angry look on his face and he returned the pizza he had for the same reason. I will never come here again. This place should be looked closely by Pizza Hut corporate auditing team, seriously!

Well, I have always been a Pizza Hut fan but don’t bother with this location. I ordered a pizza for delivery which was estimated to arrive in 1 hour. After an hour and 20 minutes, I still had not received my pizza so I called them. The guy that answered checked and then said, «Bad news! They lost your Pizza.» My reply was, «How do you lose a pizza?» In the end, there was no apology and absolutely no attempt to right the wrong. I cancelled my pizza. I will not be a customer at this location and I hope I have saved you some frustration and disappointment by writing this review.

I am ranking based on food but definitely not service. Once again I ordered on line and had to wait about 10 minutes when I got there because there were 5 people ahead of me waiting on their orders. Not sure what the hold up is. One guy was really upset because they got his toppings wrong. My pizza was perfect but the timing of the kitchen is off.
