RediClinic

This Redi clinic is located inside the HEB store. The PA and her staff are wonderful! I have visited this location too many times to even count. My husband, myself, and two children have been here for numerous ailments from strep to skin irritations. This Redi clinic has been a life saver so many times. This isn’t the closest location for me, but by far the only one I will go to.

Took my daughter here, first time was misdiagnosed so I I had to bring her back and they had the gall to charge me again. After the first visit they did not prescribe any antiviral medicine, second time I had to tell them what to prescribe. Would not have even see these clowns except I am unable to prescribe medicine. Sad when you know more than them.

This Redic Clinic is located in the HEB store across Hwy 6 from the Walmart store. I went here twice. Both times the PA didn’t show up until 30 minutes after their stated opening time.
The only reason why I went twice was because my doctor couldn’t see me until the following day and I was hoping this would be a quick in and out. The first visit I was given a prescription for my cough. After the diagnostic, she tried to sell me tests for other issues that I didn’t have (I have an annual every year). I spent more time listening to her talk about a health report and treatment than actually getting treated for my illness.
The second visit I waited 30 minutes pass their stated opening time (8am), but no one showed up.
If you need some meds really bad, then it might be worth it… as long as you have the time. Other than that, don’t waste your time.
Here’s a Dec. 2013 update. My wife was getting sick with a bad cold (coughing and drainage). She decided she wanted to go some place quick and easy. She figured she wouldn’t be able to get in to see our family doctor. When we got to this RediClinic there were 3 people ahead of us. The PA was the only one there, so she had to check in all of the patients and do all of the screening. After signing in, the PA told my wife it would be an hour and half wait before she would be seen. My wife called our family doctor and amazingly they had one opening that day. Bottom line is, this RediClinic is never quick or easy. Employees don’t show up when they’re suppose to. We won’t be back.
