I do not recommend this dentist! She gave me bad teeth treatment! Even though it was a while back I still could not help but voice my opinion now to warn other potential patients!

I went there several times because our dental HMO forced us. We receive these pretty postcard flyers that talk about how great the place is and the best office. The office is nothing and the staff would barely talk to you. You feel like you are being nuicsance by being there. Dr. Parekh is all about selling services not about patient care. She wants to upsell you on everything. She has the bedside manner of a wet brick and no customer service skills just as the other reviewers have pointed as well. We switched because we know what good service and care is. The cleanings were horrible. She will finish our entire family in approximately 30 – 40 minutes for a cleaning because she wants to pass you along like cattle. She only speaks when she tells you about purchasing something. You feel awkward by being there. She wants to charge the insurance for unnecessary x-​rays. Worst dental experience ever and I gave them a chance for over a year. On top of that Dr. Parekh seems like she is clueless and does not know what is going on and she is on a different planet. The place bites and I mean big time!

This Dentist. should have had a mentor or someone to teach her what «Customer Service» means… With All the flyers that come to my home about her office being the best for the whole family is FALSE! She’s a phony to me, she smiles so hard on the flyer you would think you were going to see a very friendly Dentist instead she is very unaware and clueless to the needs of the customer.
I’ve been to her office twice now and I can count how many times she even parted her lips to speak… She walks in without saying hello and in the middle of the visit she will then speak to you, which to me does not make a patient feel welcomed. I mean its already terrifying to go in the dentist office in the first place.
I needed a crown and a couple of fillings and they tried to charge me two arms and two legs and an eyeball! Her assistant Fiza (maybe her sister with no background), needs more training in that area… The suction should always be covered with plastic and anything that is going in the mouth, instead they use it bare back with blood and all kinds of stuff from one mouth to the other mouth. I asked why is that and the Doc mentioned that the plastic carries this and that, and I’m like and so what! that is why you change it after each visit. I wish I NEVER came here OMG! She really pinched a nerve with me today! ugh!
This Dentist office will not be up for to long with this kind of management. I bid them well! Needs to be more friendly, and have a sense of REAL customer service. Paying all that money to sit in a place where all the equipment is used and not even up to date…
So, Yeah I HAVE experienced BETTER… Going back to Made Ya Smile up the street!

Was visiting family and friends in TX and unfortunately, had a dental emergency. Was referred to this office and they took care of me right away. The staff and doctor took really good care of me and fixed my problem so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. Thank goodness I found the right place at the right time. Wish she could be my regular dentist.

I went to Dr. Parekh after having to change my dentist due to changing insurance. She was close to my house and I liked her credentials. I see that she has had a few positive reviews here, however I did not have a similar experience. I felt rushed the whole time, I felt like her hygenist did not do a complete cleaning, considering she never used flouride or the pik to scrape my teeth. Then, Dr. Parekh did 3 fillings on teeth that needed new fillings (the old ones had fallen out), and come to find out she didn’t seal them properly. I just returned from my 6 month check up with my NEW doctor, and found out that one of the fillings was not done properly, and will probably need to be done again in the near future. I will not be returning to her, and I hope nobody has the same disappointing experience as I did. She’s nice, and had good bedside manner, but her work is not good enough for me.

Dr. Parekh said the same to me that I did not need root canal. When I continued to have pain after she filled the tooth, she told me to gey a root canal. She did not return the money she took to fill the tooth and me go through extra pain.
