Just like to share my experience here. When I walked in to an empty store I thought maybe I would get a hello. Nope. I thought I would be asked if we needed any help. Nope. Also when you finally acknowledge someone’s existence look them in the eyes when you say hello. Other than the two clowns bouncing a basketball around the store and not providing any customer service there was a nice gentleman who acknowledged our presence. I think the customer service provided by Zay on Black Friday was good. I was able to pull up a coupon from Unilocal which he entered in which earned this place an extra star. I do pay attention to reviews on Unilocal and consider Unilocal a good source for honest reviews. I did notice one previous review which made me nervous about going here. I should have listened to my Unilocalonscience, but here is what I do appreciate about Sherwin Williams in general: They have an online app that you can use to take a picture of your room and then select the colors so you can share some ideas with friends. You need to start offering Black Friday deals. Peace

I guess Sherwin-Williams reads postings on Unilocal.I got an email from a representative of SW. She apologized for my issue(see my 1-30-2012 posting) and said she would turn my problem over to regional. She said someone would be contacting me soon. That was over a month ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. Maybe they’re backlogged. So, I guess my view on Sherwin-Williams is correct and it will stand unchanged.
