Smoothie King

I would have liked to have known prior to my drink being made that I could have substituted almond milk instead of the regular non fat milk that was in the peanut power plus that I ordered. Also, would have been nice to have the staff tell me that if I complete the survey at the bottom of my receipt, it gives you a dollar off your next smoothie. Customer service could have been better.

This is my second time to go to this location and the smoothie I get taste nothing like what it supposed to I will never go back to this location again I will drive the extra seven minutes and go to the one off 59

This use to be my favorite smoothie king until just a couple of days ago. Arrived at 8:45 and the store wasn’t due to close until 9. As I walked in I was greeted with a disgusting look from this tall indian guy. Walk to the counter and ge says Im closing and I respond well closing is at 9, right? He was even counting down the register as I approached the counter. After my response he something like whatever and through the change and money back in the register with a pissed off attitude. So when I asked for my usuall «ACAI ADVENTURE» he says «what and huh». So he proceeds by telling me they don’t have such drink and its apparent he was new because Ive been a loyal customer for years. He had the odasity to tell me Im confused with smoothie factory. He was the rudest person ever so I went ahead and got something else and felt he made my drink taste awful on purpose. Then he had the nerve to tell me he I can’t have my reciept because I’m sure he knew he screwed up big time. Been trying to contact manager or some one who runs these stores and no success. Looks now like I will be going to check out smoothie factory although Ive never been. Thank you tall indian guy employee for referal me to Smoothie factory now. Just lost a loyal customer.

Usually they are pretty good making their smoothies but on this occasion the medium that I ordered came out in a medium cup but only a small cup in regards to portion. I figured that for the price of a smoothie… they would fill it up and actually give you the portion you ordered! Times must be tough for them to be cutting back their portions to save money and SACRIFICE customer service and loyalty! In addition, they ran out of mangos… they asked us if we wanted a powder mango substitute instead… can you believe that?! Powder substitute instead of real fruit for a supposedly healthy smoothie… WOW!

For maybe the few past visits here, the service was awful and the drinks were sour, also I was not even able to drink it because it was basically as if they didn’t put it in the blender. This time I was ordering for coworkers and I got 4 wellness bowls along with 3 drinks. They helped me carry it out into my car and even delivered it. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Perfection! So many choices to choose from. Great customer service. It might be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The drinks are filled with nutrition and fuel, and make me feel great, so can’t complain. Great meal replacement for the Summer time so I can keep in shape :) Delicious, quick and healthy! Triple win.

SInce this is the closest Smoothie King to my house, this is where I always go for all my sudden smoothie needs. Smoothie King, itself, is a great place for everyone to find the perfect drink or snack. They have drinks for those who are trying to cut down on calories, drinks that replace an entire meal, drinks full of protein, and drinks just to get casually or as snacks (which is what I normally go to get). They also have extra’s you can put in, such as a vitamin boost or an immunity boost, or even simple things such as ice-​cream, for a cost of 99 cents extra. Apart from smoothies, they also sell protein shakes and other multivitamin
My order is usually the Strawberry X-​treme (in the «Snack Right» section). I normally get it with either vanilla ice-​cream or a vitamin boost, depending on what time of the day it is. The drinks are made with fresh fruits and are completely natural. I love the taste of it and it’s great knowing I am «snacking right» with such a drink.
This particular location is quite big and has great customer service. It’s a family-​run business so there’s usually the wife of the owner, the owner, or the owner’s daughter that take your order. They’re great to talk to and the order-​taking and order-​preparing process is done in good time. I love to go here for a quick snack and having people that care for their customers is another big plus!
