My review is only for the tapioca tea drinks as I didn’t get the yogurt this time. I was the only customer and there was only 1 employee. Sunday lunchtime. I ordered a taro tea and an iced mocha for hubby with TAPIOCA.(Apparently according to the employee there’s a difference between boba and tapioca balls. Tapioca is microwaved and boba is not… and boba is flavored like lychee and strawberry. To my knowledge, boba is usually made with tapioca… but I didn’t feel like arguing with her). It was ok. Boba oh excuse me, the tapioca balls, were a bit mushy. Over microwaved?(Not much drinks to choose from.)Btw their handwritten menu has a lot of misspelled words. Js.) I did get to use the 20% off. The employee was nice though. Yogurt flavors were limited but seemed good –pumpkin, watermelon sorbet, cheesecake, tart, pretzel salty caramel, and a couple of other ones. And quite a few toppings. I’ll try the yogurt next time. They also have banh mi and crepes, Eggrolls and other snacks. I was tempted to buy a green tea pocky but maybe next time! Until then…

Today was a beautiful day in the neighborhood and a good friend and I decided to take advantage of it and take a robust 10 plus mile bike ride! You feel so good afterwards! The weather was perfect! And after a spirited jaunt around the hood, swinging into Yo Fresh for a smoothie and a cool down was a nice way to wind up the afternoon! So glad we have this gem in the front of Greatwood. A nice place for a bubble tea drink, smoothie or frozen yogurt my experience here has always been pretty good! The place is nice, clean and neat inside with board games and fun things for the kids to play with! The young lady working tonite was very nice and attentive and it was great relaxing with a cool smoothie after our bike ride. One slight comment would be that the smoothies seemed a bit too sweet for my taste but other than that everything was good! A great spot located in a center at the front of the neighborhood there is plenty of parking and good restaurants such as El Vaquero and New York Pizzeria. This would be a pleasant way to end the evening after a nice dinner!

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place! I think it tastes better than anywhere else and I feel like the price is a little better than some other places. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well which is always a plus in my book.

Very nice business. Good fro-yo at a reasonable price. Crepes are great too! Very pleasantly surprised to see grandma in the back making homemade phở, eggrolls and spring rolls.

Tried the first time today and the experience was pleasant. We tried the classic Nutella crêpe and the yogurt. The crêpe was made fresh by Bill the owner. They have several board games available thus we played some domino & jenga. Surprisingly they also have couple menu of banh mi, phở, and some spring rolls appetizer. Will try those the next time. Definitely going back.

Very friendly staff! Very neat and clean environment. Huge selection of topping, pretty much anything you’d want. We didn’t like the coffee yogurt… it was actually awful. The coconut yogurt was sour tasting, not my cup of tea either. The other flavors were pretty good as far as yogurt goes. The staff even offered to replace the ones we didn’t like, which was nice, but we opted out since we were already full.

Immediately turned off by the teenage kids playing grab-ass near the yogurt toppings and seemingly sampling yogurt at will. I got the sense that they were friends of one of the employees. BIG turn-off and lead me to not indulge. The kid had a Nutella crêpe with too much Nutella in it and some bubble tea which she proclaimed as «ok».

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews! I’ve been there a few times. I like their yogurt. They have A LOT of toppings to choose from. Although i have issues using those dispenser thingies attached to the wall… I always end up with WAY too much. I haven’t tried anything else but they also sell coffee, crepes, boba and a few random snacks. The owner is nice. I watched him make a crêpe for a customer and it looked good, but I wouldn’t buy one as I think they are a bit overpriced and I can(and do) make them myself at home. Anyway, they have a little play area for kids and a TV with non kid program on usually. A cute little place to get some yogurt after dinner and let my kid play with other kids.

I got a Groupon a few weeks ago and finally decided to use it tonight. I took my 6 boys around 9pm(they are open till 1030) and they loved it! The place is very clean and smelled good when you walk in– there are some ice cream and yogurt shops that smell of sour milk and mold– there was none of that here, it was fresh and there was incense burning at the front counter. We have never been here before and were surprised that this is completely serve yourself, including toppings. We were explained how it worked, and how much per oz everything was(toppings are weighed with the ice cream, not charged separately). My kids sampled a flavor and filled their bowls themselves, and added their own toppings– and there are DOZENS of toppings– the owner(i presume) told us he had the most topping than any place in houston. The toppings bar was very clean and stocked, even at that hour, we did not see any wilted or unattractive looking fruit– it all looked fresh. The flavors were fantastic– tonight we got birthday cake, red velvet, Valencia orange,(SO good) French vanilla, and cheesecake. The yogurt was creamy and thick– it did not seem cheap or watery to us at all, and the sorbet was sooo good i ate it in the car before we even got home– and we live in the neighborhood. The owner was happy to take the groupon– so many businesses dont seem to like when people use them, and we were checked out quickly. I like this place a lot! There were even children playing Twister when we came in, i love that this is family friendly and that my kids were welcome and treated like little customers. We will definitely be making this our new place for ice cream night.

Compared to so many other frozen yogurt shops, YoFresh just does not measure up. Their toppings are subpar… knock-off peanut butter cups, Little Debbie«brownies»(that my 6-yr-old son said was not even a brownie), wilted looking fruit, etc. As other reviewers have said, the yogurt is really poor quality, too, and they don’t have very many flavor options. My husband opted not to even get anything once he saw the selections. We came because they offered a Groupon but we won’t be coming back. So many other shops do a better job.

Now this place has a feet variety of add-ons, and is reasonably priced, however the downfall is the main course, the yogurt. The yogurt here is very watery. by time I got the yogurt and sat in my car(about 70 degrees outside) majority of the yogurt was already diluted. The taste was average, along with the flavors.

I have been here a couple times and I am just not impressed with the frozen yogurt. To me, it’s too icy and melts a lot faster than other frozen yogurts. Not the best but will return to try the tapioca.

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is very upbeat. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They have fantastic flavors that are unlike other places. There’s a mixture between tart, fruity, and savory. There are a variety of toppings to choose from. I personally love the tart flavor. The boba balls are delicious. There’s a burst of flavor with each bite. It is very refreshing after a long hot day. It’s a great place to relax and cool down. I will definitely be visiting this place regularly. It would be a great place to study if I were still in school. They also have a variety of smoothies, drinks, and coffee.

First off you’re probably wondering what I am doing on this side of town? Well after a LONGHOT day touring the George Ranch I was looking for something to cool me down. Lucky for me Unilocal was to the rescue. I was able to find a newly opened yogurt shop just right off the freeway. At first I was unsure of the Unilocal/google maps address because it looks like it’s taking you into a neighborhood, but then you realize it’s the strip center that’s right in the front of the neighborhood. As you pull in there is a private lot so parking is not too bad. The employees are very welcoming upon entry. It’s like other yogurt spots with yogurt by the ounce, on this day 45 cents an ounce, add your toppings and check out. But what sets this place apart are the flavors! They have a few very unique flavors such as maple bacon! yes you heard it right a bacon flavored yogurt!!! I liked it in my tasting cup but opted not to get it for my main bowl. However, another one that was interesting was watermelon, which I did fill up half my bowl with. Two others that stood out were the white peach tea and coconut. If these flavors are too crazy for you they have the classics as well including tart, red velvet, chocolate, and raspberry. As far as toppings they have a HUGE area to complete your yogurt bowl. But the most interesting ones that I haven’t seen anywhere else were the passion fruit boba balls and mango boba!!! These little balls pack a punch of flavor. Inside is an expected trendy yogurt layout with bright colors, comfortable chairs, and 2 TVs with surround sound. On this occasion they have Transformers on. I could totally see people coming here to hide from the summer heat and«chill» out here. Greatwood/Sugarland is lucky to have such a «cool» new yogurt joint. If I’m ever in the area again I will be stopping by. Also, UnilocalCHECKIN gives you 20% off!!!
