I’d never come to this place! The place is filled with sanitary problems, rude customer service, they’re bound to get your money. The current owner treats his staff with absolutely no morals. He canceled my friend’s last paycheck from the time she left his salon to the bank, all in 10 minutes!!! He came here to America hoping to have a better life and achieving that by screwing other people over. That’s just unacceptable.

I came here a couple of years ago with my friends and didn’t have exactly a pleasant experience. First of all, the ladies were rude. They were talking bad about my friends and I in Vietnamese, not knowing I could understand every single word. They ridiculed my feet, color choice, and called us «brats/rascals». Secondly, it is expensive! We only had time for a polish change for hands and feet, and it cost $ 14. $ 14 for a couple of strokes AND poor customer service? No thanks. They can buy 2 bottles of OPI polish for that much. They were very rude to us and did our nails as quickly as they could to get us out of the way. I think that they didn’t take us seriously because we were young and didn’t go with an adult. That’s not a valid excuse though, we’re still the customers giving them our business. A little customer service came out when a lady(the same one who said I have ugly feet) offered me a chair at the drying table. I accepted and thanked her in Vietnamese, causing her and her little gossip group to look shocked. Needless to say, we didn’t leave tips. The salon is pretty clean and has a lot of colors to choose from, but I won’t return due to the poor customer service I received. If you can’t say something nice, don’t say it all even if you think people can’t understand. It might backfire.
