Souches Nail And Spa

Came here once because my friend took me. It was around this time last year. We both got Shellac and a Pedicure. I paid for her pedicure, and all my services.
1) One of the ladies cut my toe nails and now my toe nails grows awkwardly. I can’t blame them? Yes I can. My mother does nails and used to do mine all the time so I know when someone effed up my nails.
2) I choose a shellac color and they picked me another color without telling me. I wanted a dark red but got a purple-​ish color. My gel nails came out so thick that I was able to remove the whole thing I next day
3) The equipment is NOT clean. The lady just sprayed it down and put it in the oven.
4) When we were leaving the lady stopped my friend and gave her trouble be they said she didn’t pay when I clearly paid for her. I got really upset and start to speak in Vietnamese to them then they let us go.
I haven’t been back since. I rather go to the one in the gas station than here.

Came here last minute with a friend to get mani/​pedis. Prices here are much higher than many other places in the area. $ 40 for a pedicure? I figured i’d give them a chance anyways, since it appeared to be a pretty clean place.
My pedicure was fine. The shellac however, was the most ridiculous process i have ever been through. The lady who did them painted on such thin coats, that the color came out to just look like clear nail polish. My friend’s, who picked out the same color as me, looked good though, so I pointed over and asked her to make it look like hers. Instead of doing what I very politely asked, she said that she couldn’t, and then started talking about me in vietnamese and rolling her eyes. Just because I don’t look 100% vietnamese doesn’t mean I don’t understand it!
They obviously don’t have things organized either. The first lady told me that shellac nails were $ 30, and the second told me it was $ 32. Because i was so unhappy with my nails, the owner took off $ 7. Big whoop.
Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

other than the fact that this place is RIGHT behind my house, i probably wouldnt recommend it. the salon is fairly new so maybe they dont have their system down yet, but i have been to plenty other salons that treat customers better for the same price. i came here a few times on an emergency basis (needed nails done asap for an event that night) and well, if i had the option, i would go elsewhere.
