Terri — the owner did an amazing job on both my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and my sons Mustang! His customer service was impeccable. He was very responsive and attentive to detail. He was able to address all our concerns. I would highly recommend Texan Auto.

I recently received an oil change here. This was my second time here, the first time was great! I’m disappointed to say that the second time wasn’t so great. They did my oil change without informing me the were going to change the oil grade. When I asked the owner why was a different oil put in, he said I received the «special». I never asked for the special, and I wouldn’t have minded paying more for the oil my car initially had. I just think that before ANYTHING was altered or changed I should have been informed. The owner is a very nice, but my review is for the lack of communication on their behalf.

Service is top notch and Mr. Terry the owner went out of his work hours just to assist us. We had our car repaired through their collision shop and it looks like new. Great deals on pricing and quality work! Will recommend to others and will be back. They also do mechanical work on vehicles. If your looking for honesty then this is the shop for you. Thx for great service! !

Myself, my daughter, and four of my five grandchildren traveled from Kansas to spend the Christmas holiday with my son and his family close to Sugarland, Texas. I lost my husband in August of last year. Unfortunately I know nothing about automotive repair. On December 29^th my van started making a weird noise. I called this business and was told to bring it over and they would check it out. Initially he thought it was the air compressor, and multiple transmission leaks. I agreed to pay the initial estimate. After getting it into the shop they discovered it was actually the serpentine belt. The transmission leak after cleaning it up wasn’t nearly as bad as initially thought. This shop could have totally cheated me and I would have never known the difference. They didn’t do that. The final repair was hundreds of dollars less than I expected. It was great to find a honest business so far away from home.

Great service and great experience any time we go there. We have taken both our cars a 2013 RAV4 and a 2014 Sonata for collision repairs. Both times Terry and his team made our vehicles look great gain. the metallic paint looks as beautiful as new. It’s hard to find a trusted shop who can do mechanical repairs, services and do collision repair at the same place and time. I’m happy that now we have one (Texan Auto Repair & Collision). Quick and painless oil change. Asked for them to check my service book and update me. In and out in under an hour. Not bad for a Tuesday evening at 5. Good place, ran well. It is a clean area to wait in as well, friendly people.
Fairly affordable too! $ 91 for synthetic and rotation, that I didn’t actually want but meh. I’ll be more specific next time.

I have coming to Texan Auto for over a year now. And they have done all the services, repairs and body work for my both vehicles. A 2014 Mercedes Benz ml 350 and my beautiful nissan frontier. Any time I come here, the service and price is top notch and always receive quality work. highly recommended. Very family and friendly staff.

Before they scheduled me for my oil change, they checked to make sure they had the correct and updated supplies as I drive a foreign sports car. So many other auto repair places would have just booked me in and used the standard stuff. They didn’t because they wanted to make sure my car got the exact right stuff. I recently purchased a car in June and only had it a few months and got into a fender bender. I was devastated. Luckily, a friend told me to go to Texan Auto Repair and speak to Terry and his guys. Without question, this is the best customer service I have had anywhere. Terry was extremely professional and I was instantly at ease knowing my car was in good hands. A week later, I got my car back and she was brand new. It was if I was never in a fender bender in the first place. Had a great experience at Texan Auto Repair! The NEW OWNERSHIP was very helpful and took pride in providing the best in auto service! The people here are honest and they treat you right! I had brake pads and rotors replaced on my 2000 Mercedes Benz S500 AMG, and I paid a fraction of the cost from what the dealership quoted me! Highly recommended!
