Service sucks. Don’t go There. Me and my husband waited 10 minutes with nobody in line to be seated and another 10 until leaving when no waiter came to the table just to get a drink order or introduce themselves.

My co workers and I came here for a birthday lunch. We were seated right away and our server took care of us very well besides the fact that he didn’t ask any of us how we wanted our burgers cooked.(It was really dry) –Truffle Stack Burger(3⁄5) Your average burger, a bit on the dryer side. The bacon was very small and the bread was a bit tough, but the truffle aioli was amazing. I guess it made up for the burger itself. –Seasoned French Fries(5⁄5) Seasoned very well, they were great overall. Crispy and fresh. This is not a place I would normally go to, and I probably won’t again unless I had to go with my co workers and didn’t have a choice. Not bad as bad as I expected, just not one who goes to these food chained chili’s, TGIF type of girl.

Went here on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was not busy so I sat in the bar area. I ordered a long island tea which was one of happy hours drinks for 4 bucks. It was pretty strong and tasted great. For my meal I ordered the jack Daniel burger and fries and I really enjoyed it. Anything with that jack Daniel sauce is da bomb. TGI Fridays is cool for a good burger or ribs with the jack Daniel sauce of course!

I don’t even know where to start with this location… Our server seemed busy at one point when we arrived so we didn’t bother her until we had her full attention. We all order water with an additional $ 4 Long Island and a Gin and Sprite. When she brought the drinks out, I guess she missed the GIN in the Gin and Sprite and bought my fiancé a 22oz Sprite, lol. No big deal this was handled she apologized and kept kicking. My Long Island taste like straight up water so I sent it back and ordered a top shelf. Fast forward to everyone getting their food and me receiving rabbit food for my entrée. I ordered a $ 10.50 salad that was the size of a small starter salad and had 2 small pieces of tuna(blackened ahi tuna salad) I flipped over to the salads menu and found that I could have ordered a regular size portion with about 7 more slices of tuna for a whole $.60 more.(I know this because I went to a different location a couple days ago) At that point I was pissed, I asked her to bring out more tuna and she finally did 13 minutes later after I was done with my kids meal. We were all pretty much slurping on our ice waiting on refills that never came and when we ordered another round of drinks, everyone’s came except mine. never again.

I can see why this restaurant only has 2 stars… The service is really bad! Our server, Raven, only came over to check on us after my husband went to the bar to have our drinks refilled! The restaurant isn’t really crowded either. Our food was OK.

Oh dearie dear. The Houston area non-understanding of service strikes again. Initial contact with server took quite a while. Getting drinks and soup took quite a while. Soup arrived before drinks — really??? Received dirty martini not ordered as such. Filled very full, server not up to carrying same, drink all over the place. Sent back anyway, not as ordered, simple martini, not dirty. Took forever to get replacement drink. Asked server, said bartender was working on it. No, I could see him clearly. He was schmoozing with people at the bar. Then saw server talking with him, still did not start on my replacement drink. When he finally did, server did not pick it up for over five minutes. So I got it myself. Dirty again!!! It really didn’t help that one of the customers the bartender was schmoozing with took it upon himself to try to educate me on martinis. Please. I will say that the hostess tried to make it right and that my and hubby’s drinks were comped. I was willing to give them another chance(about eight good experiences in a row prior to this fiasco), but hubby says no because onion soup has been going downhill — virtually no onions. Servers, please. Customer experience is your number one priority. Please understand this, for your sake and mine. I’m sick of being afraid to eat in a restaurant. I *want* to give you my money.

Not a bad place to go. It wouldn’t be my first choice but I go every now and then when I’m in the area. The service is not the best and the food is almost average. Compared to most food chains of its caliber it definitely falls below most.

I came here wanting the special on appetizers for $ 10 but was told if the table has 3 guest you have to order 3 appetizers. I have a kid that would eat a kids meal so, I thought no — it did not seem fair, we ordered spinach dip, potatoe skins and mozzarella sticks and a kids meal. We all ate however the kids meal came at the end, the order was overlooked. The waitress had them take it off, but she had a tinge of rudenes.

First off let me say I came in for appetizers and they were delicious!!! The service all around was HORRIBLE! !!! We were never greeted and served ourselves I originally found a waiter. in conclusion the service was terrible and our water cups dirty l! And our beers took 20 minutes a piece and we got 2 a piece!!! Go elsewhere

Worst service ever. 2⁄3 the restaurant empty. Servers running around like chickens with their head cut off. Around an hour of our lives wasted. Let’s start from the beginning. We showed up at the location around 8PM. We were inform that there was a 15 minute wait, which we were fine with. Around 30 – 35 minutes later we were inform that our table was ready. When entering the dinning area, we notice another table that was seated when we first arrived was still with out food. Also notice that 2⁄3 of the restaurant was empty. Why the wait? The hostess took our drink orders, but no drinks ever arrived. After 20 – 25 minutes wait with no drinks and no server. We decided to leave. Never again, too bad I liked your Jack Daniel’s sauce.

Other table received drinks from the bar before we did. Food order was never put in… we waited for 30 mins and finallly inquired. The waiter said our order was sent to another table. It took forever for the bill to come and when it did it took another 20 mins for someone e to take our payment. Very disappointed in the quality of service.

Flat Iron was always my favorite here w its tenderness being cooked rare plus. «Was», is the keyword. Just 132wks ago when I go through my personal Instagram I remember I was eating at this place so much I had to take pics of it, now I’ll probably never do either again. Whatever happened tonight, was the worst experience I’ve had walking into ANY restaurant. Experience: Arrived at 11:20pm, party of four. Our waitress after greeting us with a ‘hey, how are you guys doing?’, soon followed with a ‘I have two other tables I’m dealing with and I’ll be back with you guys, okay?’. Which of course, our party acknowledged and understood, since we have just got off of our own shifts from another service-oriented/guest-centric restaurant. Then, as a good ol’ 15 – 20 minutes went by without being attended again, we started questioning like any other customers would as to ‘Where has our waitress gone to?!’ Finally then, our drink orders were taken. However, it was dreadful for our drinks to be delivered to our table at midnight. That’s around 30−40minutes in after we have been sat. To those who are reading this, could imagine and predict how painful it was for us to get our food, too. It did not only take an hour, I am darn sure it was over an hour. Yet we were hanging on sitting there in hunger, hoping we would just get our food, finish it, and try to forget this terrible experience. The most frustrating part is, we were not informed at all about what the con heo was going on other than just simple ‘Sorrys’ and ‘Food will come out soon’, to then for me to sit there and watch my friend’s order of ‘Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp’ arrive and him not wanting to eat it until my usual ‘Jack Daniel’s Flat Iron’ come out. By the time he finished his plate, still nothing for me. Yup, sad. In conclusion, I hated having to do it but this was my FIRST time ever not leaving a tip dining in ANYWHERE. Paid cash in EXACT amount to prevent any further unacceptable wait. Manager, however did compensate with a percentage of discount to our party after being told from yours truly aboit how unpleasant the experience was. I’m pretty sure she had a rough day running around to help out the waitresses. But sorry TGIF, time to move on~

We come to this location often but tonight the service was just blah! It was your typical Saturday night crowd but I think our waitress kept forgetting about us. She kept forgetting our drink refills and completely forgot to put our appetizer in. My drink was watered down. My husband ordered his steak well done and yeah there was still pink. I do not think we’ll be back to this location for awhile. It should’ve been a sign when I saw several parties requesting to speak to the manager.

Came to this location today. My boyfriend and I were seated at a booth in the bar area. Our server was great, his name is Roman, I highly recommend him. We came in late at night, around 12am, and gave us awesome service. However the bartender«Jermal» was obnoxiously rude to our server(who kept it cool and classy) when asking a question about a drink. The bartender was purposely embarrassing our server, loud enough for everyone in the bar area to hear, more than once. The table next to us even made a comment to how unnecessarily rude he was. It made the vibe very awkward. The food was good, but the margaritas sucked. Rude bartender that doesn’t even make good drinks…

This is what you expect. It’s just like other chains in the area, but since I was with a co-worker who likes cheesy and fried things while I was trying to eat better in 2016, I suggested TGIFriday’s(it was the best option in the area). So, I let her choose the appetizers. We had garlic and Parmesan boneless wings, and I opted for a Yucatan Apple Salad. It was huge and actually quite good! My co-worker opted for a soup and battered shrimp with fries. So, when the waitress came back asking if were ready for checks, I was thinking I deserved dessert since I’d been so good about eating salads for lunch every day so far in 2016, but my co-worker quickly said, «no, we’re ready for the check and a to-go box, please.» She must have seen my face, because after the waitress left, she said, «oh, did you want something else? Because after we pay, we can order again…» I bit my tongue and said, «no, we should get back to work» and went back to my desk and ate that candycane that had been teasing me all week.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. Seriously, the service at the bar was far from acceptable. They barely waited on us when we first sat down, then, another bartender came by and we had questions about the menu and he vaguely explained. Okay. On top of that, the prices were way above what they should be AND the bartender was picking olives out of this huge tub with his bare fingers. Gross. We left after about 15 minutes. Disgusting and disappointing.

I not one to write or post anything on social media, but in this case I really felt the need to let everyone know. We use to love coming here, but everytime we come the service and quality of food just gets worse and worse. Not only that but this is the first time that I walked into a TGIFRIDAYS and felt that we were being discriminated for our race … not only did we get our appetizer given away to the table that got there after us, but I never even got the glass of water I asked for in the beginning of our order, until I was through with my dinner. Which was given to me by the manager only after I complained. I mean come on I can understand if you are busy, but you at least give your customers water while they are waiting for their food. On top of the manager being rude and not really helping at all. I asked the Manger for the check which I never got. I had to wait another 15 –20 mins just to pay. Which was really irritating considering the manger asked if there was anything else we needed and we told her just the check so that we could leave asap. Then watching the Manger go to the back and then go around the whole entire restaurant and talk to table to table before coming back to us. Yet still never bringing the check. Then having to wait for waitress to finally bring us the check and take another 15 mins to bring it back to us. Need less to say this was ridiculous and we will never be coming back to this TGIFRIDAYS again. Sugarland we use to love you and now you’ve lost your customers for good.

Although the establishment seems very clean when I first walked in the host was on the phone and I was not attentive. I waited what seemed like 30 mins to be acquainted by the waitress. She was very nice, but had a lot on her hands. It seems to get worse from this point on when I notice the manager greeting everyone but us, and when I had and issue and I pontes it out to her she seemed not to care there for this restaurant will only get 2stars from me

Poor management. Slow service and shrinking portions. Managers hide in the back and dont check restaurant or do table visits. Hostess laying on stand looking bored but missed greeting and seating three guests including us. Must be extremely high turnover. You never see the same surver twice. Staff does not reflect the community.

This is the nastiest Friday’s I’ve been to in life. I used to love Friday’s, this place makes me never want to visit a Friday’s again. From the dirty tables and floor, to the dirty paintings on the wall, to the cobwebs on all the lighting fixtures, the dirt doesn’t stop. The hostesses are not very welcoming, our waitress was slow and less than average, and to top it all of the food was horrible. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. You think the fact that we hardly touched our food would have garnered some attention from our waitress or the manager, think again. Stay away, stay far far away!

Something has changed for the better here, since the last time we abandoned it, years ago. If you look at the rest of my reviews, you know I’m fussy. Four visits over the course of a month or two, three in early weekday afternoon and one for Saturday lunch, all excellent. We love to sit at a booth in the bar by the window — comfortable and something resembling a view. Excellent service, consistent over all four visits. Ordered various dishes, food all delicious. Received proper martini. Happy camper. Update: Last visit the food was not the best, to me. Steak seemed off and steak fries seemed more dipped in hot oil than fried — they were actually shiny when served. Why still five stars? Because the server and the manager made me happy again, a feat that is almost impossible when I’ve become unhappy about something in a restaurant. I’m not sure it’s ever been done before. Something has seriously changed for the better here. Sure hope they keep it up. Wow, what’s with the horrible reviews lately? Have I just been lucky and been there at the times the good staff was on duty? I’m not used to being lucky… Honest, we’ve been there at least six or seven times since the initial date of this review, and have had nothing but outstanding service and all but the time mentioned above outstanding food.

We’ve never waited too long to get a seat. The servers here are friendly. Today I tried the California club sandwich and it was quite bland. My wife had the chicken and it tasted like it had just come out of the freezer and was warmed up rather than grilled fresh. My favorite thing to try here is the endless appetizers for $ 10. It would be nice if you could switch between your choice of appetizers rather than having to stick to just one. If you do order the endless appetizers make sure to keep asking for them frequently as the time between them bringing you refills of your appetizers is slow.

Yuck! So disappointed. Went for the appetizer special to try what used to be the fabulous Friday’s appetizers. Sriracha chicken potato skins… no taste. Mozzarella sticks… weird smell/aftertaste/texture. Pot stickers… ok. Spinach Florentine flatbread… ok. Service was mediocre and server was less than welcoming. Will not be back again. Friday’s has lost a once loyal customer. Sad.

If you are a Muslim, DONOT eat here. Somebody purposefully put a piece of bacon in my iced tea. I was overcharged for kids drinks and not offered an adjustment. Our waiter asked for no bacon on our loaded baked potatoes. The kitchen put it on them anyways and then just picked them off. Our waiter noticed this and STILL brought it too our table. Terrible. You trust that you will get good food and service at a restaurant. Not that somebody will out of hate put pig in your drink. Nasty.

I’ve always heard about this place and wanted to give it a try. WOW, never again in my life. We were debating if we should stick with cheddars that we love or try this place. The wait was long, which we didn’t mind(its friday and of course there is going to be a wait) Our server was okay, we barely saw her only when she took our order, gave us our drinks, and thats it. Food runners got our food to our table. Food took forever. Service was poor, bottom line. I ordered the chicken parmesan with mac n cheese and a cajun pasta. The cajun pasta was decent compared to the chicken parmesan dish. The chicken had a NASTYFOULTASTE. I believe that it was spoiled chicken that they served me because i only took one bite and that was IT. It didn’t have a bad smell but once i took a bite it was disgusting. The mac n cheese was also pretty decent. But i was just disgusted of the chicken. It was confirmed later that night when my stomach started to hurt. This place is bad and service sucks. We should have stuck with cheddars. Same price, bigger portions, better options and food taste WAYBETTER. Never again.

We came here because my husband wanted a burger and lots of other places in Sugar Land were incredibly busy. We were promptly greeted and seated by hostesses. Our server quickly came over to introduce herself to us and to get our drink orders. At this point I’m thinking, «this is the best service I’ve received from a chain restaurant!» Boy was I wrong. After our server delivered our drinks it took a long time for her to come back to get our food order. It was another ridiculously long time for us to receive the food. We ate leisurely and enjoyed our conversation, but when it got time for us to ask for the check our server had disappeared. We finally get ahold of her and ask for the bill and she brings it to us fairly quickly, but for her to run our card and bring it back for us to sign was another eternity. Both my husband and I have worked in restaurants before and we know things can get hectic at times. Unfortunately, we ran out of excuses to give to our server because the restaurant was not that busy for our entire visit to take as long as it did. Our rule is «if you ignore us but want a nicer tip then we better see you busting your butt at many tables.» We tipped a decent amount(no, we didn’t stiff the server) and went on our way. It may be a while before we come back here, if ever.

Was here on New Year’s Eve 2014. Waited for 20 minted to be seated which was good!!! Waiter was insanely rude. I hopefully won’t visit back again.
