I had two thing monogrammed for my daughters school supplies. One was a blanket and the other a nap mat. Both applications look great and are exactly what I ordered. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will be using them in the future.

I found embroidme on Unilocal.the lady working quoted me first $ 96 to monogram (3 letters) 4 towels when I said «excuse me, it’s 4 towels, 3 letters she said «its per word» then dropped the price to $ 84…I said sorry for wasting your time and walked out… won’t be back…

Great experience. I contacted EmbroidMe for a company shirt order after a colossal disappointment by another company in the area. As a result, I presented EmbroidMe with a rush order request in which I honestly did not expect them to be able to meet the deadline for. Not only did they meet the deadline, but I changed my order after the shipment was received and they were still able to get additional shirts reshipped and embroidered in a matter of days. I was impressed. The actual shirt embroidery was of great quality — thick thread, no loose strings and no gaps. Equally as important, THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! They didn’t nickel and dime me and the shipping costs were reasonable. As an added bonus — working with the owner, Gwen, was ez-​breezy. She was patient and very responsive (to my MANY questions and order changes) and offered great tips and suggestions. EmbroidMe is highly recommended and I will return!

A personalized gift means so much more than some random item taken off a shelf and gift wrapped. Embroid me is a chain of stores that just embroiders items. They do everything from polo shirts, caps, uniforms, to specialty items. This time I needed to personalize a hooded child’s towel. I had purchased the towel at a gift store but wanted to make this item even more special for the newborn. They did a very good job. The woman who took my info helped me pick a color for the embroidery. She asked if I wanted all capitals or just the first letter. I asked for all caps, BUT when I picked it up, this wasn’t the case. I didn’t realize this until I got it home. The quality of the embroidery is very good; it’s all done by machines.
I got 3 letters that were one inch each. This was $ 15 plus tax. It was a 6 day turn around, but they got it done in 3 and called me to let me know it was done.
Embroid me has limited hours. They are only open Monday-​Friday until 5pm (open until 7pm on Wednesdays). They don’t have weekend hours at all, so that can be quite difficult.
I would use them again, but I would make sure that they do exactly as I ask with all caps or not.
