The best Lechon in Cali. SO good and flavorful. Their customer service is phenomenal also :-)

Get your pork on! Lechon, roasted pig, is a signature Filipino delicacy that marks significance at any special occasion. Lechon Station(name sounds like a bus or train depot) is very clean and easy to patronize. You walk-in. There’s a counter(called turo-turo in Filipino, meaning«point-point» because you literally point to what you want). Behind the counter, there are various entrées and crispy, succulent pork belly, waiting to be devoured. My mom, lechon addict that she is, ordered 2 pounds of pork belly($ 12.95/lb) – not cheap! The quality of the lechon is quite high with skin that is super crunchy. People tend to fight over servings of the skin. Lechon Station provides the lechon sauce(brown, sweet, and black peppery). The meat is flavored with lemon grass and garlic. The fat on the pork belly was rather thick; hence, pork belly. When the lechon cooled, I peeled off the meat and left the fat for the compost bin. I ain’t tryin’ to clog my arteries! You pay premium for this lechon, but I’m guessing it’s because this resto is located in a semi-rural area. Please eat here, but don’t forget to do some cardio after!

My family and I have been coming here for over 4 years. However, ever since they stopped selling the whole lechon and just sell the pork belly now, the quality and taste isn’t the same. We decided to go here for lunch earlier. First, we saw that the price for lechon went up from $ 11.99 to 12.99/lb. Then when we got our order, we saw that there was hardly any meat and it mostly fat :(For having to pay over $ 18 for lechon we couldn’t really eat, we were disappointed. At the very least, they should try cooking the lechon longer so that it gets rid of more of the fat.

After drooling over pictures and reading how awesome the lechon WAS in old reviews, I was really really really wanting to like this place. But sad to say it wasn’t even close to what I was expecting! Don’t get me wrong, the lechon had good flavor but lacked in every other aspect about it. The pork meat itself had some good flavor but was slimy with fat, mind you they use the pork belly which has tons of fat in it. But the fat in between the meat was gristly and tough. And the skin was not crunchy at all. Almost no crunch. I actually had to put the fat slimy meat in the oven and blasted it with the broiler on high just to render some of the fat off and then I put the skin in the same way and I had some great crunchy lechon tacos. REALLY! I had to go through all that trouble instead of just sitting down and eating? Shouldn’t I just have to order and eat? Wow! What a joke! Crispy skin and flakey juicy meat. Is that to much to ask?

I saw the reviews and thought I could check this place out. Who doesn’t like some good lechon? Well after traveling here from Vacaville, i ended up leaving. I stood in line for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged or serviced. As soon as I was next, a guy cut in line in front of me and the ladies just serviced him. Terrible service and will not be returning.

Horrible Service! Was excited to try this place out«I LUV me some lechon.» We came in and were not acknowledged at all, not one word! We waited there about 10minutes, before some guy came in, cut in line, and they just started to serve him. Meanwhile one of the people that was working just checked out and sat down to eat her food, leaving the people in line without service. WOW! The place was filled with flies, which was really unappetizing and questionable to the inspection rating of this establishment. Needles to say we left without even trying the food. After all that I just lost my appetite and that says a lot when it comes to lechon.

Ordered pork belly lechon the day before and was told it would be ready by 4pm. Called in to confirm that it would be ready and the staff said it would be. As I arrived I was told that it would be ready by 5pm. Um… WTF. Still not ready by new time. CANCELLED the order and left.

Not authentic Cebuano lechon anymore. Original manager left, and all their using now is the name. Different taste and bad service.

To the new owners, please don’t use the previous manager’s name when you explain stuff on the phone or give away business cards of the previous manager. For the information of the public, this establishment has changed management since last year. So please, new owners, respect the previous management and just sell your own thing. Good luck!

Oh my god. This place. I’ve lived in Cebu all my life and my grandmother used to sell lechon for a living. My family is in the lechon business, so yes, I know my roasted pig and what it should taste like. Now this place, amazing. The meat is really juicy and tasty. And the skin is crisp to perfection. I have had lechon from all over Cebu, from CnT, Rico’s, others that are less famous, even the ones in Manila. And I can really say this one here nailed it. My family ordered a whole lechon belly for my cousin’s birthday last year. It was the bomb. A month later, we went to the restaurant itself in Suison City, and yup, they are pretty consistent with how their food tastes like. Overall, loooove this place!

You’ll find yourself smelling like you just left a luau after spending almost half an hour waiting in line(with about 2 patrons ahead) and for your lechon a la carte order to be sliced up. At least they had two freshly cooked lechons ready about ten minutes after we arrived. One lady was waiting for a preorder, one bought combo meals and a half pound of lechon($ 11.99/lb) and another almost cut in line but my mom didn’t let that happen. There’s only one person slicing the piping hot lechon at a time on the round wooden base before weighing it in a styrofoam container so it’s highly time consuming waiting for your order. They run out as well, it’s advisable to preorder your share. The lady at the counter takes her sweet time wrapping things up. Have lots of patience at this place. After finally trying the goods, I can say it definitely has more flavor than the lechon I’ve had anywhere else. They stuff it with lemon grass and lots of pepper seasoning prior to cooking over a charcoal grill, rumor has it. Get some Mang Tomas lechon sauce. If you’re in the area and like lechon, go ahead and try it. Just be sure you have plenty of time to spare.

The best lechon I’ve ever had in California. It’s the crunchiest, tastiest and the meat just melts in your mouth. At 11.99 a pound it could be pricey, but when I go with family… We get 2 pounds for 5 people and there’s enough for my mom to turn it into sisig later on. I live in Sacramento which is about a 45 minute drive to Lechon Station, but it is so worth it. Also, if you want to but the whole lechon for a party, I would highly suggest it. Lechon always just sits around at parties, the flies get to it, there’s so much leftover that you’ll be eating sisig for a week straight and it’s just a complete waste. But believe me when I say, their whole lechon gets engulfed by my family in a matter of a couple of hours, maybe even less. So to get your money’s worth out of a whole roast pig, order from here.

We learned about this place through a friend while we were at the Travis Air Base. It is one of several Asian establishments at the Marina Center in Suisun, a shopping center which is probably new, as there are several vacant places yet. Anyway, the restaurant has 3 or 4 tables for dine-in that will seat about six people per table. The ambiance is about average for a Pilipino eatery, if you know what I mean. Their specialty is the Cebu-style lechon, prepared over charcoal, a little on the salty side but good enough with crispy skin and very tender meat. They are closed on Mondays but open for business onTuesdays thru Sundays, 11:00 to 5:00. Phone number is(707) 422‑4500 and email: « ». Best to call first before driving to the place to make sure they have plenty left, especially if you are going as a group. They accept«carry-out» orders and have other native dishes as well. Marina Blvd in Suisun is off highway 12 or Rio Vista Road. Turn on Marina Blvd followed by another right on Lutz Road that will take you to the Marina Center. Enjoy their lechon. It’s been awhile for me since I have not been back to Manila for over 10 years and I truly enjoyed the experience. «Lechon-kawali» is the next best that I have been putting up, but will definitely go back to Lechon Station from now on. They also have«Turon» which is quite good. Roger E. P. S. I hope their business will be around for years to come.

The lechon is def good when I came here with my family. We tried the lechon prior to ordering it for my father’s party — the skin is crispy and the meat is juicy and tender and had a good smokey taste. However — had the stomach runs after eating here. I hear from Unilocal reviewers its under new management — if the pig roaster is new — good luck with the business!

Yum!!! I think their lechon is the best in the area because it’s fresh unlike other places we’ve been to where the lechon has been sitting around for awhile. They also had other hot foods, today I got the diniguan and paksiw. Both delicious AND the paksiw wasn’t sweet which I like. The older gentleman was so nice, reminded me of my grandpa LOL. The prices were also very reasonable. So glad we got the chance to finally eat here and it definitely won’t be the last. OHNOJUSTFOUNDOUTTHEIRLASTDAYISOCTOBER30th!!!

The family came here and we gorged! We got the 6 pounder, very crispy, crunchy skin. Every bite is an echo in your eardrums. What I was very surprised was the meat. Usually the lechon meat is somewhat dry but this was so juicy and tender! This is definitely the best Lechon I had in a very long time! The service was good and it was a friendly atmosphere! Also the diniguan was very creamy and it was a nice surprise!

I happened upon this place sheerly by accident. Vallejo is lacking a more rounded Asian market. So I drove all the way to Suisun City to check out a Thai grocery store I had found on Unilocal.Well the store was a bust but on the way out of the shopping center I saw the stores signage. Knowing what Lechon was I immediately parked and headed in. Essentially a steam table style Filipino restaurant complete with trays full of stew, noodles and rice. At the very end of the counter there it was, a beautiful, succulent pork roast pork. The roast was tied so beautifully and presented in such a way that your initial instinct is to buy the whole roast. Well I controlled myself and ordered a half pound with steamed rice and a side of pancit. Within moments I was staring face to face with my lunch and let me tell you what, f-cking amazing roasted pork. Juicy, porky awesomeness! Oh and that sauce they serve with it, peppery and sweet, just complimented the pork perfectly by cutting through the rich fattiness of the meat. Layers of irresistible flavor. Oh! The skin, how could I forget the crispy cracklings of the pork skin. They should sell it by the bag full! The pancit was also great. The noodles were nice and chewy with slices of roast pork and vegetable embedded throughout. Some noodles are so bland that you have to add a ton of chili in order to enhance the flavors, not here. Such great flavor but I still, out of habit, adorned my noodles with a little bit of sriracha. I loved LS so much that I would totally drive to Suisun City just to enjoy their amazing lechon. Apparently they only make a few roasts a day and when they run out they close and from what the owner told me, they sell out everyday.

Out of all the filipinos places in ffld/vcvl, this place has the best lechon hands down. Though you can’t see it from Highway 12, this little joint is located just a few blocks from the water in the Marina Plaza. Since it’s a small restaurant, seating is limited and other than lechon there are about 4 – 5 other hot dishes offered such as pancit, dinuguan, and ginataang sitaw. But the the star is the Cebuano style lechon! Kind of pricey at $ 11.99/lb, but it was very moist and flavorful. Catering is also available for other types of Filipino dishes and a whole roasted pig is $ 285 while the lechon turkey is $ 65 for one that is 12−16lbs. Good for holidays and get-togethers!

Very good lechon! Really the only thing you should get here. We had to take Lipitor afterwards, but it was worth it! :) As everyone advised in their reviews, call on weekends after 12pm to see if they still have food.
