Best margarita specials, perfect for that Monday 1:30 tequila break. $ 1.99/12oz=$ 10 pitchers, I’d say that’s a deal you can’t pass up !!! El Nopal… How about El nope I’ll pass. $ 3.00 is not a 12oz margarita special, and they tasted like I was sucking on a lime. I want lime flavors but not so tart I can’t hardly stomach it. Ps chips and salsa are also way better at Los Cabos.

Our dinner was more Americanized Mexican and I was disappointed because the reviews were so good. If only they felt comfortable enough to serve more authentic. The margaritas were way too sweet and the enchiladas were bland and boring. Be brave Los Cabos, and serve us true Mexican cuisine ! I didn’t want Taco Bell.

The food is good. Service OK Margaritas not at all. I have been here twice since it opened in Sullivan, Mo. Do not care for the décor or really the lack of it. Not a cozy feeling at all.

I was on my way to the St. Louis airport after having spent the week in Rolla, MO… not exactly known for its culinary delights… and had been craving a good cheese enchilada for SOOOO long. I saw a sign from the highway for another Mexican restaurant and actually pulled off with intentions of going there, but saw Los Cabos first, checked out their Unilocal reviews, and decided to give it a shot. And I’m glad I did!
Prompt friendly service, clean place, beautiful décor, and the food was delicious! I ordered the lunch chicken chimi with one cheese enchilada a la carte… and it may quite easily be one of the best chicken chimi’s I’ve ever had. No, really. It was that good. And the salsa had just the right level of heat with just enough sweet to balance it out.
Totally unexpected, but highly recommended. If you’re in the area, check them out.

We ordered cabos margaritas! Extra shot of grand marnier! The chips are made here and taste great!
I ordered the cheese enchiladas topped with beef, onions and peppers! Fantastic! My wife ordered quesadilla, Her comment was «EXCELLENT»!
The service was great too! Ask for Alfredo!!!

Great food and Great Service. For a long time all Sullivan had was El Nopal which me personally I am not a fan after two times in a row getting sick.
The atmosphere is a little loud on weekends but you expect that when it’s busy. The Cabo Margaritas (Top shelf) are well worth the extra few bucks. So far I have tried 3 different meals all of which were excellent. The cheese dip has a little spice kick to it.
If you have never tried fried cheesecake, it is Amazing and I dont know of anywhere else that serves it.
