Olivier has been my stylist for 5 years now and he is just the best! He knows my hair texture and growth patterns so well I don’t even bring photos anymore I just tell him how much to take off. I’m very low maintenance and he gets the cuts just right so that I can roll out of bed and go. He also does the most wonderful balayage. It’s pricey, but worth every penny because it comes out so natural looking. The salon is also so gorgeous and comfortable. They always have tea and coffee drinks to offer, as well as the most delicious sweet treats! Such a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!

Everyone is consistently friendly.

This salon is beautiful with the most amazing view ever from a salon, I could see Santa Cruz island from my chair today! Relaxing, comfortable and friendly. Oh yeah and I love my haircut! Thanks Olivier. I felt like Olivier really listened to me and that the service was tailored to my needs and wishes. I’ll be back for sure, it was a quick (8 – 10) minute drive from Santa Barbara and well worth the few extra minutes.

Gina is amazing! Her color melts are insane! I can’t say enough good things. Truly a work of art! Not to mention she has helped me get my hair to a really healthy place, after being over processed. I am so happy that I found Gina! The salon is beautiful and so calming. Basically you… Walk in, sit down, relax, and walk out fabulous!!!

I have followed Gina G. around the Santa Barbara area for over 25 years. In all that time she continues to be able to take a fresh approach each time she cuts and styles my hair. Never one to «care» that much about my own hair I let Gina do it for me! She always looks at me in ways that I cannot see myself. Great perspective! She is an artist in every sense of the word. Salon Olivier has a breezy and fresh feel, the folks are super friendly — this is NOT an intimidating place!

Simply the best ! I am coming to Olivier since he opened his beautiful salon in September 2013. Having lived 25 years in France, I thought that finding a good hairstylist would be a challenge, but thanks to Olivier I was wrong. Blowdry and cuts are fabulous. My hair colour is now excellent. The products he uses are world class. I always leave the salon feeling georgous. And as they say in France: when the hair is right, life is right … Merci, Olivier!!!

Both my husband and I make the trip down to Summerland to visit Gina G. Not only does she do great things with your hair, she also has an innate understanding of what your hair does after you leave the salon and styles to its personality. Gina really takes the time and listens to what you want and your realistic commitment to time and abilities. Too many times I have had a great hair style that only looks amazing if I have a team of stylists to do my hair in the morning. Every day after I leave Gina, my hair looks just as great as when I left her chair. She has an artist’s soul, a craftsman’s skill and a fun personality too boot. I highly recommend any and all services she provides!!!
