We LOVE Hilltop! And we live right around the corner from another popular bike shop but we drive to Summit b/c we get great service and these guys are so nice. They are experts — they live the lifestyle and we 100% trust them. They call back, squeeze us in for service, and are never pushy about sales. They know our spouses and ask about them. Every small business should take lessons from these guys.

Hilltop Bicycles goes beyond sales and service (which are excellent, by the way). They have created a culture that is fun, energetic, for men, women, and kids, that extends beyond Summit or Cranford. No matter what level you are, Hilltop makes you feel more than a customer, or a cyclist, or even a member of their team. It’s hard to explain, and I know it sounds corny, but they make you feel part of their family.

Great bike shop! I’ve know these guys at their previous bike shop in Westfield, and loved dealing with them. Now that I’m back into cycling, i go out of my way to give them my business (even tho there’s a bike shop 5 min from my house). The shop has everything an avid cyclist will need, the vibe is great and the service even better. Can’t wait till my kids need new bikes.

I purchased a «giant» bike last weekend for HB. The service was great, and the team of professionals knew the answer to all my questions. They also had a great variety of biking apparel to choose from. And if I have any adjustment I need done they will be happy to fix it right there. I left feeling I had come to the right place to buy a great bike.
