I bought a washer/​dryer set from here. From the moment I walked in, I felt like Scott was on my side, not trying to «sell» me something. He was friendly, real, and worked with my budget. I was apprehensive after reading the one and only negative review, but I got to tell you, my washer/​dryer are great, the service was great and I feel confident that I will purchase from them again. The price was better than Lowes or Home Depot, the installation alone saved me $ 150! They were very professional. I would and have recommended them to family and neighbor and friends.

We purchased a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer from what was then Sumner Appliance in July 2012. About a month ago the child lock on the microwave arbitrarily activated itself. Imagine my surprise when I called them and was told «we don’t service that area.» Not happy at all about this and would not recommend them to anyone. We went there on the recommendation of our contractor, but apparently the service level has changed since Seattle Home Appliance took over. We’re out $ 95 to a repair person who could only recommend a $ 300 panel that wouldn’t guarantee the issue would be resolved. On a side note, when the dishwasher was installed the installer scratched the heck out of the panel on the door. We had to SPLIT THE COST of a new panel. If you are looking for an appliance store that stands behind their products and supports the customer, I don’t think this is the place. We are most likely going to need to purchase a new microwave and it will not be here from here.
