There’s NO Place Like Home! First time to stay at an extended stay type place, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect, but I did expect it to be in good repair and clean. This was booked through the company corporate office so I’m sure they were trying to get the best rate for extended training stays. Possibly other sites or locations are better? This one also allows pets. We don’t travel with pets and would prefer not to have to stay where they allow them(as not all pet owners are polite, respectful or considerate of others) so it would be great if the company had another option for NON-PET-Friendly extended stays. We are here for 20+ days… ugh. My advice is to check reviews and try to book another place. This site is HOT, as in they must be trying to save by not running the air conditioner at all. It was 78 here yesterday and humid! The elevators are almost unbearable even for the few minutes you are closed up in them, they must be 90 degrees. The suite itself, not at all like the pictures online. The air conditioning unit in the suite is also terrible as it freezes you out or if you move the temp up by one degree, it runs the Heater! There is no in between. The furnishings in the room are in bad shape, broken chairs, stained or still soiled seats… GROSS…torn upholstery… I had to go to the desk 3 times to finally get someone to give me a second glass to have in the suite. Toaster is so nasty I won’t touch it to use it. The Lobby has no tables with which to set a coffee or drink while you work(if you can bear the hot temp). The«Cupboard» that they show online, the one here is empty(out of things like coffee cup lids) pretty much all the time, yesterday the trash in there was OVERFLOWING all day long, could not even put your coffee trash in it. Employees are polite enough if you ask for something, however it still took 3 trips to get an additional glass. The«Gym» is too hot to use(so it’s empty) as is the«Business Center»(a small desk in a small closet off the lobby with two chairs that are broken and uncomfortable)…again, no air conditioning running in this site. Too hot to sit in there or lobby. Wifi here is terrible, no matter where in the building. It’s going to be a LOOOOONG20 days. I’ve Edited after a couple more days here. It gets WORSE. The remote on the TV doesn’t work. We’ve told Mgnt twice, changed the batteries, and got a new remote. Still no remote control of the TV. We missed our college games tonight. Haven’t seen Housekeeping yet or can get an answer as to what the schedule is or when we can expect them. The faucet in the in the Kitchenette drips, constantly. The smell in the HOT hallways, elevator, and lobby is sickening. Avoid this place if you can.

Still here, unfortunately. It’s really one of our only options in this town that allows animals. Let me begin by saying I usually don’t complain this much or really review places but I’m seriously getting irritated with this place. Would hate anyone else to waste their time and money if they don’t have to. Well, at least if you have our luck with this hotel. I am currently listening to the cleaning people slam doors up and down the hallway. I’ve spent most of my stay listening to people above us make so much commotion it shakes our room. Last night this went on until 2 a.m. This room’s phones don’t work so we have to use our personal phones or walk down to the desk to ask them to handle it. I just gave up because it didn’t help asking them to take care of it. I give the place two stars just because the place itself is pretty nice and I know people in other rooms isn’t really their fault. But they haven’t offered to move us, fix the phones, or even act like they really care at all about our stay. If there were another options, I would’ve checked out day one. If you don’t have pets, I’m sure there are better options for you around here. This place really isn’t worth the money they ask if you have to deal with the issues we have. Not to mention, the weird smell anyone review mentioned is still very much present three years later. Small issue in comparison but it really is fairly prevalent. I try to give places a fair chance but as you can tell, I have many times now and I’m fairly aggravated with this situation. Doesn’t help I am still listening to the cleaning people slam doors while I type this out… If you must stay here, I surely hope you have better luck!

We’ve stayed just over a week so far, for work. The facility is nice enough but nothing to write home about. For our circumstances a continental breakfast would’ve been nice, but they do have a «cupboard» where you can buy food, drink, some toiletries and coffee(although the rooms have coffee makers too). They’ve been out of things, such as milk, this week. The rooms are stocked with limited dishes and pans but you can borrow addition things(ie. Toaster oven, crock pot, games, etc.). Heated indoor pool and hot tub — nice(they have towels). They have yet to have cleaned the room, so I’m hoping they will any day now. Within walking distance to a lot of your willing to walk but it’s along the main road with no sidewalk. On that note, I’m not sure I’d seek out this place to stay again.

Great rooms, clean & fully furnished with sizeable kitchenettes. I liked that there was a free laundry room and a very nice sized gym. I left off a star because of the odd smell, I’d say thats worth only half a star off. Could be because it’s new but it annoyed me alot.
