PRM Association Management

Worst management company ever. If I share the details, no one in their right mind would ever believe the harassment and plan torture that this company has put me and my family through. They have no issues taking money paid by hoa fees and always deny any wrong doing on their part, even with factual evidence provided to them. Do not get involved with people! ZERO STARS
—UPDATE—

Our HOA is now insolvent and it appears to be the direct result of mismanagement. During the last HOA board meeting, one of the managers unequivocally stated that our association was solvent and will be successful and prosper because of PRM’s management. They claimed to have collected «thousands of dollars» on behalf of our association from delinquent and/​or frequent violator homeowners. Yet, there isn’t «thousands of dollars» in our bank account and our payables are twice the amount of our cash! Our restricted reserves was even completely spent on operating expenses and legal fees incurred to collect the alleged «thousands of dollars.» Our future is in jeopardy because of this company. However, our association’s attorney, who is also the attorney for the management company, and the management company seem to be profiting quite well!
