When my shirt came back looking and feeling like poster-​board (and sounding like it too when I shook it), it says that quality control is not a priority. Speaks volumes when you let that pass through. Expensive, and poor quality — they need competition, and I welcome it.

I was able to get in with fast friendly customer service. I have never used dry cleaning services before but found it to be a positive experience. I would definitely use them in the future.

I recently moved to Sun Prairie from Fitchburg and found this location to be just as good. Friendly staff, good coupons, fast service with notifications when the order is ready. Also, love the hanger caddy, don’t think any of my past cleaners have had those — keeps a pile of loose hangers from accumulating on my closet floor!

I used to like bringing my things to this cleaners (lots of coupons, quick turn-​around), but when I call you at 4:58 (and you close at 5) because I’m 2 blocks away and want to make sure you don’t close down, and you tell me you’ve already counted your drawer and can’t re-​open it because there’s no manager present… I will now take my $ 60-​$ 100/​month of business elsewhere.
