We’ve had our Amazon floors for about a year. While we love the look, we had issues with the quality. We have splintering with one of our living room boards. We called Amazon to try to resolve our issue and we were told they couldn’t help and we caused the problem. I’m sorry, but this product is supposed to be warrantied! We are a 3 person, non-​shoe household (and it’s only a year old)! The problem is with this particular board, it was wire brushed too harshly (their manufacturing issue), causing the splintering. So much for their «warranty»!. We are having to eat the cost to replace it :-(. Not happy! I would choose another product if faced with the decision again.
