Phenominal experience all around. Great service and product.
We rush ordered three medium/​large cases and they were able to make them within one week. Rusty was wonderful and worked with us closely along the way to make sure everything was exactly as we needed.
Highly recomend going here for custom cases.

Bottom panel of keyboard case has visible cracks in it after 6 weeks of light use. Case has never been on an airplane or big truck, just in and out of my car and the band van. Encore wanted to charge me $ 175 to replace cracked panel. I have several cases made by Encore that have not turned out like this. I will go elsewhere the next time I need a custom-​made case.

Excellent product and service. I initially gave them an incorrect measurement of the inside dimensions of my case and Rusty helped me out and had the guys add just the right size of interior foam to accommodate.
This is a great place for getting custom cases made.
